This is a great headset for someone who needs to be on the phone all the time. especially conference call. It has a simple manual for easy set up. The headset has a play time of 42 hours! And the battery case can charge it up 4 times in a row before having to charge. This means you get up to 180 hours from a full charge case. You only need to charge it once or twice a month due to how long it lasts. You can store the headset inside or on the outside for quick access as show in the picture. It comes with USB-A to USB-C cord so you will need a plug adapter if you need to charge the case. Sound comes in clear. People on the other side of the call can hear you crystal clear with no muffle sound. Its compatible with any smartphone and is easy to setup. This is probably the first headset that actually lives up to its promises for a long playtime. This would make a great Christmas gift for anyone who needs to spend long period of time on the phone. Definitely recommend!!

The quality is better than expected, the sound, and the feel. Compared to an earpiece I bought about a year ago, I can actually work my 12 hr shifts without discomfort on my ears throught the day with this one.

Good so far

This is a very nice looking and sleek headset. It fits comfortably on your ear. I was concerned about using a one ear headset, but I like it better than my usually two set headphones. I can easily hear my podcast or music and still can be aware of my surroundings. The earpiece has moving parts so that you can adjust the microphone to your liking. The earpiece stays secure on my ear, which is important to me when I am walking. It was delivered as promised and rather quickly. I like that the base shows how much battery power is left on the charging unit. I have had it for over a week, and the headset is still working with only the one charge. I use it at my desk for facetime meetings and listening to music so I dont disturb my family. Usually when I am on a headset, people would say I sound like a tin can. No one has asked if I was on a headset. The voice sounds as it would be directly using the phone. The instructions provided are easy to follow. I plug the base until into a USB port on my desk lamp which makes charging the headset quite easy. This is a high value product at a very affordable price.

This wireless headset is everything I hoped it would be. As soon as it arrived, I started testing it out, wearing it while I was cleaning the house. The range on the bluetooth was good. I was able to leave my phone on one end and didnt lose reception in even the furthest room. It also holds on to the ear very sturdily. The earbud can be rotated so the headphone can be worn on either ear. The mouth piece/ microphone can also be rotated all the way around. While making a phone call the person on the other end didnt seem to have a hard time hearing or understanding me. I was able to listen to music, take my phone call, and resume music all without needing to adjust the headset. The earbud lays right outside of the earhole which is amazing for me because I have sensitive ears and normal earbuds seem to hurt after a while. I wore this in one ear for 2 hours straight with not even the slightest sign of discomfort.

The A14 delivers clear audio on call as well as when listening to music. The device came fully charged, very easily paired via Bluetooth and was ready to be used within moments of first opening this product. It came packaged with a charging dock, the headset itself, three sizes in ear buds for comfort, a usb A to usb C charging cable and a manual with all the functions, specifications, notes about the product as well as how to pair the headset with two devices - which is very useful when needing to switch between personal and work phone. The headset boasts up to 42 hours on a single charge with as little as 30 with volume on 100%. The charging dock itself will provide a charge to the device approximately four times before needing to be recharged and will need about 3 hours to fully charge. The dock itself is a little bigger and may not fit comfortably in a pocket but with the ability to hold a charge for so long, this doesn’t even seem necessary in most cases. The A14 headset will neatly sit outside of the case in a mount position and is a really cool if the dock will just remain in position. Otherwise, if on the go, the headset packs up nicely within the dock. The company suggests properly putting the headset away so that it fits perfectly in place to ensure the product stays up to par with expectations over time.

What I needed

The headset took a moment to get used to as the ear bud piece is convex rather than headphone-style concave. However after getting used to the feeling and using the product I enjoy it. The ear-piece is designed that way so that you can wear the device throughout the day without discomfort. The answer/hang-up button and volume up/down buttons are responsive. I have listened to music with the device and was satisfied, although I do believe the main function of phone call is where this headset shines. When using the head-set I was sure to inquire about how my voice and background noise was coming through while in an automobile and in a building. The receiving end of the line said I was clearly heard and that background noise was not an issue. This is going to be a great replacement for my previous wired-headphones that I used for phone calls.
