The A14 delivers clear audio on call as well as when listening to music. The device came fully charged, very easily paired via Bluetooth and was ready to be used within moments of first opening this product. It came packaged with a charging dock, the headset itself, three sizes in ear buds for comfort, a usb A to usb C charging cable and a manual with all the functions, specifications, notes about the product as well as how to pair the headset with two devices - which is very useful when needing to switch between personal and work phone. The headset boasts up to 42 hours on a single charge with as little as 30 with volume on 100%. The charging dock itself will provide a charge to the device approximately four times before needing to be recharged and will need about 3 hours to fully charge. The dock itself is a little bigger and may not fit comfortably in a pocket but with the ability to hold a charge for so long, this doesn’t even seem necessary in most cases. The A14 headset will neatly sit outside of the case in a mount position and is a really cool if the dock will just remain in position. Otherwise, if on the go, the headset packs up nicely within the dock. The company suggests properly putting the headset away so that it fits perfectly in place to ensure the product stays up to par with expectations over time.

I have no complaints. The build quality is good. They’re comfortable. I like that it works for either ear. I often fall sleep with earphones and this works well for that. The sound quality is excellent and the volume is more than adequate. Similar products are often a bit on the quiet side but can still hear this despite background noises. The charging station looks really cool. I like the upright charging option and that it’s also a compact carrying case. I was excited to get this and it has impressed me so far.

Pros - 3 different ear pieces to ensure a fit based on ear size (the rubber part not an actual whole ear piece) - once you realize how to put it on it is incredibly comfortable and it fits snuggly - audio quality is crystal clear can even handle music at loud volumes allowing you to hear the bass of any song - numerical display on case makes it easy to keep track battery on case so you can charge it. - The buttons are easy to memorize their functions and how to use them. - the siri/google/other phone voice software compatibility is a very helpful addition -doesnt make head feel unbalanced after a while you kinda forget you have it there because of how comfortable it is -I personally tend to only keep one earbud in when in public situations so this is more beneficial for that. -If you want to use it as a singular earbud the mouthpiece/receiver/ microphone (i dont really know what the long piece is ) is two hundred-seventy degrees rotatable so you can change it from vertical to horizontal so the mouth piece is less conspicuous if you arent using the phone call features. -My only con was it took me a while to figure out how to put it on but the bright side about this is that the earbud portion is one hundred-eighty degrees rotatable so you can wear it in whichever ear you prefer left or right. and the ear you choose does not make the buttons more or less accessible. I prefer the right ear but others may choose left. cons -slightly difficult to realize how to put it on at first because I instinctively wear in my right ear but default position is for left ear

The quality is better than expected, the sound, and the feel. Compared to an earpiece I bought about a year ago, I can actually work my 12 hr shifts without discomfort on my ears throught the day with this one.

I love good earphones as I enjoy listening to music! This is great because its One that fits comfortable over either side. Its adjustable to go over left or right ear. Upon opening it, it seemed as if it would be heavy, however while wearing it, its almost as if youre not because its so light. I wish the base of it wasnt so noticable and was thinner. Sound quality is great. When I speak to people on the phone they say its good quality, not too much background distraction or noise. I like the 3 way charging capability. I especially enjoy using this when Im laying in bed watching movies on my tablet because I can lay on either side and still hear whats going on around me. The fit for me is okay, wish that was better but I can manage
