i HAVE TO return this. Maybe I just got a defective one but CANT find a phone number to call anyone. Once connected, the sound quality and noise cancellation and all that is great. But mine at least is next to impossible to turn on or off, and knowing youve done it. I press the button 3-5 seconds like they say, but most of the time I see no blue light or red light. So im done being frustrated by this. So Im sending it back. Otherwise, whenever I could turn it on, I liked it. But its too frustrating.

The audio for the headset is good. The mic quality is good. The headset can flip to wear on either ear, which is good. The charging dock and battery length are both good. But whoever designed this didnt take small ears into consideration!!! The silicone pads are all huge, and keep sliding out of my ear. And the hook doesnt curve sharply enough to sit around my ear. It feels like the whole thing will slip off at a moments notice. Unfortunately, I have to return it.

Its a little larger than my old one but much better price point

I would definitely recommend this bluetooth. Actually think about ordering another one for a gift. Pros include: • Good sound quality from both the earpiece and the mic. No one I spoke with had a problem hearing me nor did I sound muffled. Good sound when playing music. • Simple and easy to use. • Magnetic lid on the case. • The ability to charge the bluetooth with the case open or close (Top slot for the bluetooth, also magnetic). • Good battery life in bluetooth and the case. • I my opinion, it is prefect for business settings or driving (anywhere you need to hear your call, but maintain awareness of your surroundings) Cons: No wireless charging capability.

This headset is useful for making hands-free phone calls. It has several buttons that allow you to play/pause songs, adjust volume, answer or end calls, reject incoming calls, activate Siri, mute during phone calls, and even redial previous phone numbers. I have to make a lot of calls for work and sometimes have to make these calls from my car so this headset is very useful for these tasks. It has a long battery life of 42 hours max (actual time depends on volume and sound quality) on a single charge. I like that the case displays the charge level in LED lighting on the outside so you never have to guess how much battery life is left. I also like that it can be charged with the case either open or closed (see pictures). Overall, it is a very useful item especially considering the affordable price.

Works great except the LED display on the charger is messed up so you can’t see the numbers fully.

So I have tried a few different over the ear microphones, and so far this is the best I have encountered!! When I first open the box I was a little nervous of how it would feel behind my ear,surprised it fit fairly well,even with glasses on. It was already charged to 98%,which was great. It paired to my phone quick and easy,like 30 seconds and was connected. I made a phone call,and walked about 40-50 feet away before it started to cut out...awesome because many others are maybe 25-30 foot range. The noise canceling feature is amazing, worked both ways. Its very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and comes with 3 different ear pcs. In one picture I held it upside down to show how strong the charge magnet is!! Hands down the best thus far!!! Will tell others to purchase!!!

Works well ! I bought this headset for work and Im very happy with it so far I havent tried pairing it to two devices yet, but if I have any problem Ill revise this review. Top features: Excellent range, voices sound really clear, very easy to pair, Its not heavy, even though I wear it for 8 hours a day, it stays comfortable.

Ive been looking for a more call/meeting oriented Bluetooth headset for a while now, my earbuds havent been cutting it for business calls. The earpiece is highly adjustable and stays put comfortably all day even though the body of the device is fairly large and bulky. The sound quality, both incoming and outgoing, are excellent. I also really like that the case can charge the unit via the port on top, eliminating the need to open the case and re-seat the earpiece ever time you need to take it off to charge. The visual indicator of battery life works well and helps make sure I dont run the battery down at an inconvenient time. Im very happy with this unit overall and would whole heartedly recommend it to others!
