I’m FULLY satisfied with this product... It pairs easily and has excellent microphone quality -- all my callers were very pleased with the clarity and lack of background noise! You can even perform next song and back song functions for when youre just listening to music with it – a ‘1s press’ on the +/- volume buttons (located easily within reach on the microphone piece). It comes with three different earbud cover sizes to adjust the fit and help it stay on your ear. The over-the-ear piece of the headset is not the tightest fit, so I would not recommend running or sports with this, but its fine for brisk walking! Last but not least, I LOVED the design of the charging case. You can charge in two ways while the case is closed: either with the headset inside, or just by placing the headset in the slot on top (with charging prongs lined up properly in both cases). Nice snug fits all around with the case, and the headset automatically unpairs when you plug it in to charge. The case also has slots for the two spare earbud covers. Comes with a small USB_AUSB_C charging cord by the way, for topping off the case (which stores charge).

This headset has great audio for this price point. I use it for calls on my phone and with my laptop to dictate something I was writing , connects and works as expected. The mic audio sounds clear and works well in a loud environment . I would also use this for listening to music, as some people like to do. I really like how the case has an external slot for holding and charging the headset it also can be charged inside the case also. The other model I have does not do that. There is a magnet inside and outside to retain the headset feels great you know you have it charging without looking , also can be charged with just the case more then once and it has a nice display showing the battery status. The boom portion has a pretty great range, you shouldnt have a problem getting the right angles for the speaker to point into your ear canal, and the boom to still point towards your mouth. It picks the sound up well. I do like that it has a physical power switch, but as soon as you take it off the charger its on and ready to go. So the one thing I was worried about was the size of this mic but its comfortable I wore it for about 3 hours one day and it was fine and the benefits of throwing it on the charger and it charging without playing with it or moving it all around is great. I had some in the past that you think is charging or it just dose not sit right and you come to a dead mic. Overall I like this mic and i would recommend this mic to anyone.

I love good earphones as I enjoy listening to music! This is great because its One that fits comfortable over either side. Its adjustable to go over left or right ear. Upon opening it, it seemed as if it would be heavy, however while wearing it, its almost as if youre not because its so light. I wish the base of it wasnt so noticable and was thinner. Sound quality is great. When I speak to people on the phone they say its good quality, not too much background distraction or noise. I like the 3 way charging capability. I especially enjoy using this when Im laying in bed watching movies on my tablet because I can lay on either side and still hear whats going on around me. The fit for me is okay, wish that was better but I can manage

Its a little larger than my old one but much better price point

This is a very nice looking and sleek headset. It fits comfortably on your ear. I was concerned about using a one ear headset, but I like it better than my usually two set headphones. I can easily hear my podcast or music and still can be aware of my surroundings. The earpiece has moving parts so that you can adjust the microphone to your liking. The earpiece stays secure on my ear, which is important to me when I am walking. It was delivered as promised and rather quickly. I like that the base shows how much battery power is left on the charging unit. I have had it for over a week, and the headset is still working with only the one charge. I use it at my desk for facetime meetings and listening to music so I dont disturb my family. Usually when I am on a headset, people would say I sound like a tin can. No one has asked if I was on a headset. The voice sounds as it would be directly using the phone. The instructions provided are easy to follow. I plug the base until into a USB port on my desk lamp which makes charging the headset quite easy. This is a high value product at a very affordable price.

Buttons are at odd locations. no multifunction button where youd expect. Doesnt automatically connect to a call when you pick the headset up from charging. sound quality was horrible for my connected callers.

i HAVE TO return this. Maybe I just got a defective one but CANT find a phone number to call anyone. Once connected, the sound quality and noise cancellation and all that is great. But mine at least is next to impossible to turn on or off, and knowing youve done it. I press the button 3-5 seconds like they say, but most of the time I see no blue light or red light. So im done being frustrated by this. So Im sending it back. Otherwise, whenever I could turn it on, I liked it. But its too frustrating.

I have no complaints. The build quality is good. They’re comfortable. I like that it works for either ear. I often fall sleep with earphones and this works well for that. The sound quality is excellent and the volume is more than adequate. Similar products are often a bit on the quiet side but can still hear this despite background noises. The charging station looks really cool. I like the upright charging option and that it’s also a compact carrying case. I was excited to get this and it has impressed me so far.
