Greater than one weekSo far this appears to be a very nice and sturdy umbrella that is well-sized for an individual. Id say its a tad small for a couple to use for any distance. The opening and closing mechanism appears to work very well. It does take a bit of pressure to compress the shaft when closing and it does pop into action with some force. I bought it as a travel umbrella for a trip to Europe but I feel it is a bit big and heavy for my day bag. But those qualities are due to its sturdiness. This folds down to 13 and I think I need something that will shrink to about 10 but that, of course, will mean smaller coverage. However I plan to use this now as my primary umbrella at home. I dont understand the addition of the extra leather pouch (that seems more like plastic) except that it is easier to put the folded umbrella back into it rather than the smaller, tighter color-coordinated nylon sheath. So while this doesnt satisfy the need I had in choosing it, I am still very pleased with the purchase and recommend it for everyday use at home. I do wish it came in some brighter colors as I am often leaving my umbrellas behind!

> 3 dayI walk a lot and an good umbrella is essential. I already own 2 other inverted umbrellas, and decided to try this one too. It is durable and matches the description. I think it would be great to use when entering a car, but I dont drive enough to care about this. While I like the product, I personally will not purchase this again because it is noticeably heavier to carry. Also when it opens and closes (you push a button) it goes with such force, that I question if this will be the feature that will fail first. If you dont plan on needing to carry an umbrella daily or will use it to keep in the car, it is perfect. If not there are lighter inverted umbrellas.

Greater than one weekI only used this umbrella twice. The second time there was a moderate wind and several of the support rods bent and broke. This will not hold up to wind.

> 3 dayLove the size and the reflectors. But it only collapses half way with the button then you have to push it down which is actually kind of hard to do. Yesterday I was having issues with it opening with the button. It was raining all day and kind of annoying it struggles to open when I need it. Will be looking for a replacement
