I used to have the regular size, inverted umbrella & loved that until I lost it. When I saw that a compact version was now available, I was delighted as it meant I could carry it in my handbag/purse and so went ahead and ordered it. It looked great when it arrived, seemed to be well made, and I liked the reflective strip on the edge. The opening and closing button was also great and worked well. What didnt work for me, and the reason that I returned it was - after you have pressed the close button you still have to press the top of the umbrella back down into the handle to close it up completely. If you dont do this, you cant reopen it with the opening button. Perhaps I had a problematic/broken one, but the amount of strength required to push it down to the fully closed position was ridiculous and too hard for me. The only way that I could get it closed at all was by resting it against my tummy and pushing down on it towards my tummy. This would definitely not have been ideal if the umbrella had been wet as I would have been soaked and it also hurt my tummy and hands! I really wanted to like this but sadly it just did not do the job for me and therefore based on my experience I cannot recommend.

I really like this umbrella,push the button and poof,it opens, push the button to close it and poof, but, I am needing strength to push it back to it:s snap in place position. Over all good umbrella through.

The umbrella is hard to hold on and it flips whenever there is wind. Not really windproof. Pretty light weight.

So quick and easy to open and close. It’s very sturdy feeling. I’ll be buying one for our other car.

I bought one of these as an experiment and I was impressed. After use, I can easily take down the umbrella without making a mess and then I hang it on a hook and let the umbrella drip dry. Everyone in my family was jealous so eventually I bought more of these. Highly recommend.

Its advertised to be able to cover three people so me beingin an electric wheelchair thought it would be great to have an umberelle that could protect me and my chair it advertised to be able to cover three people but it cant
