The best toothpaste , remineralizes and great for removing plaque

Let me start with saying I use regular toothpaste, but with pregnancy and looking at fluoride effects on foetus, decided to switch to hydroxyapatite. It tastes great, doesn’t irritate my gums and feels the same as regular toothpaste. That being said- this is not a cure for anyone’s cavities. If you have cavities- go see a dentist and take care of your issues, because remineralization won’t cure your caries. Dental caries has many causes, including your gut microbiome and endocrine issues. Don’t postpone medical care- see a holistic dentist. Dental caries is a serious multi systemic disease that will lead to cardiovascular and other more severe issues in the future.

This may be working IDK, but it does not leave a clean taste. I use regular toothpaste first.

Product used and effective.

Ok, I’ll admit it. I’m 30 years old and I have always hated brushing my teeth. That is almost 11,000 days of my life I have struggled with brushing my teeth. Like, I still did, but not everyday and I hated it. I know I need to. I want to! I want pretty, healthy teeth. I thought long and hard about what I didn’t like- I didn’t like the foamy mess that often made me gag, I didn’t like how mint affected the taste of food, I didn’t like the “tingly clean” sensation that lasted for hours, especially when I went to bed. I bought nearly every non-mint flavor of toothpaste on Amazon and tried them. Boka changed my life. I have brushed my teeth twice a day (or more!), every day since I tried this stuff. My teeth are whiter and cleaner. Now that my morning routine is complete, instead of a nagging “you still need to brush your teeth,” my days start strong. I’ve decluttered my entire house. I’m on top of my professional work. My laundry is all washed and folded. Wtf. This stuff is magic. I think the ginger flavor is slightly better than the lemon flavor, but they’re both dope.

I like this brand of toothpaste, so far no issues with my teeth. Tartar control is so far ok in comparison to name brands. However, Ive had no pains in my teeth from using this product. I would prefer the mint flavor. This flavor is hard to get used to. I gagged the first couple of times.

I really like this toothpaste. My mouth feels fresh & clean, and I feel good about the ingredients. Will likely be purchasing again.

Has a great taste like creamsicle, that me and my kids love. Feels good on the teeth too! Excited to see if the hydroxyapatite helps with our teeth

This is an amazing toothpaste for it not having fluoride. I’ve found that a lot of non fluoride toothpastes either taste weird, don’t foam, don’t clean well at all! This is the first one where it feels like a “regular” toothpaste. The mint flavor is very nice, makes my teeth/mouth feel very clean. Will be purchasing again and again.
