> 3 dayI am an autistic adult and couldnt consistently brush my teeth because of toothpaste. Ive tried kids flavored ones too and still cant stand it. This one is still texturally a nightmare for me, but I LOVE the flavor. It tastes like an orange sherbet milkshake. I can handle brushing much more often now. My new dentist was also super happy (and suprised!) that I got an N-Ha toothpaste because she said it really is showing to help remineralize teeth in studies, and its not just a health fad.

> 3 dayReceived Jan 23, 2023 Lemon/lavender flavor I will update the longer I use this toothpaste, but I can tell you right away that the flavor is amazing! It is not overpowering at all. I use as directed. Brush 2 min and dont rinse. I find I like it better on a dry brush, which is also suggested. I was worried about leaving the toothpaste on, but it does not foam like other toothpaste so it did not bother me. Backstory- I had 2 teeth that needed a root canal and the dentist capped them instead. He said 99% of the time it takes care of the pain and root was not showing. My luck it made the pain even worse. 3200 MG ibuprofen a day, switched to sensodyne until this arrived, also brushed with peppermint essential oil from doterra and started antibiotics just in case. I highly recommend peppermint oil for anyone dealing with pain. Anyway, I ordered this toothpaste because I cannot afford a root canal and based on the reviews, I am hoping this will prevent it and strengthen my teeth.. I do not know what worked. The antibiotics or sensodyne, but my pain was pretty much gone before I received this. I cannot eat on that side yet and the pain has started again since switching to this toothpaste, but not enough to take pills. Whatever took the pain away took a week. I figure this toothpaste will need to build up over time. I will update my review later, but my teeth have never felt cleaner. Even after working all day and eating lunch. My teeth still feel clean all day! 5 stars for now.

> 3 dayThis is one of the few toothpastes that I’ve found that is free of mints & tea tree oils. Those are known antidotes to many homeopathic remedies.

> 3 dayI like these, they do the job. My friends little cousin prevented cavities from being formed and her dentist was surprised. I started to use them, and my teeth and mouth feel fresh. The minty-ness isnt super strong but at least my mouth is clean and healthy.

11-06-2025For about a year, Boka Ela Mint was always out of stock when it was time to re-up on toothpaste. I ended up getting the ginger flavor, even though I was so-so on it without a basis for comparison. Finally got the Ela Mint, and it is fine, but a little strong. I prefer the Ginger and will order that flavor again when this runs out. I was slightly worried about the erythritol, but that recent study has a shifty methodology. People with those health conditions had elevated levels, but the body produces it and there is no indication that participants consumed it from other sources. I still try to minimize swallowing—it is toothpaste, after all. Edit: The Ela Mint flavor does not contain erythritol. Ginger does, but I stand by my preference.

Greater than one weekThis is my first time trying a nano-HA toothpaste. I read about it and then my son said he used one. I have nothing against fluoride and have used a fluoride toothpaste for I suppose 63 years now. But, if there is something potentially more effective and even safer, I think its worth a try. This is fine to use although I cant comment on its effectiveness. I do think it whitens a bit better than the gentle whitening fluoride toothpastes Ive been using. I have bern using a toothpaste for sensitivity-so far I havent noticed increased sensitivity with this toothpaste.

> 3 dayThese definitely help with sensitivity. Make sure not to rinse with water after you are done with brushing.
