> 3 dayThis is my first time trying a nano-HA toothpaste. I read about it and then my son said he used one. I have nothing against fluoride and have used a fluoride toothpaste for I suppose 63 years now. But, if there is something potentially more effective and even safer, I think its worth a try. This is fine to use although I cant comment on its effectiveness. I do think it whitens a bit better than the gentle whitening fluoride toothpastes Ive been using. I have bern using a toothpaste for sensitivity-so far I havent noticed increased sensitivity with this toothpaste.

> 3 dayThis ginger coconut flavor reminds me of Thai curry every time! It does leave my teeth feeling clean and mouth fresh.

> 3 dayIts only been about 3 weeks since I’ve started using boka, but I can say it makes my teeth a little extra smooth, which I’m guessing is a notion of clean. The other differentiating benefit I’ve seen is that the little aches in my gums (sensitivity) have subsided and my teeth feels alot stronger when biting and chewing food and fruits. Like other reviewers I havent seen the calcification yet, but I guess that takes time. I’ll write an update in a month.

> 3 dayGame changer! My rashes and breakouts stopped as soon as I started this toothpaste. There’s a lot of toothpaste out there that claim they don’t have SLS in it, but they replace it with some thing just as harsh. This is absolutely a great toothpaste for POD! It tastes very minty like a regular toothpaste, it has the consistency of normal white Colgate, but maybe a little thinner, and doesn’t leave a film. I have noticed my teeth feel almost “squeaky clean“ like when you leave the dentist. Side note and food for thought, check your hair care and skin care products, including sunscreen and mouthwash. If it goes on or in your body, read the label. I think a lot of people forget that SLS is in their shampoo, which then runs down their face when they rinse it out. Also, familiarize yourself with its other names. Labels will sometimes list it as one of its other chemical names like SLES, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl ether sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium salt, oxyethylene, and so on. It’s found in 90% of body and hair care products. It builds up in hair, damaging it and causing hair loss. It can still be listed as all natural because it’s derived from coconut. Some products to check: Bubble baths Body wash Lotion Shave cream Laundry detergent (it stays in your clothes) Stain remover Carpet cleaner (rubs off carpet onto you) Mascara Foundation Primer Powders Tanners Dish soap Fabric glue Mouthwash Shampoo If it in a round about way touches your body, read the label. Trust me, because I learned the hard way. Since I started eereading labels and being conscious of what I expose my body to, my face and skin has improved drastically!

> 3 dayThis toothpaste leaves a great minty feel. It has helped with my tooth sensitivity & I feel that it’s helping to remineralize my teeth. I was hesitant but it’s definitely worth the price.

> 3 dayThis is one of the few toothpastes that I’ve found that is free of mints & tea tree oils. Those are known antidotes to many homeopathic remedies.

> 3 dayMy daughter sent me my first tube. It lasts a long time. I use it on a dry tooth brush and do not rinse my mouth after using as directed. I love it and the Orange Cream flavor too.

> 3 dayBeen using sensodyne for years and had extreme sensitivity after finishing Invisalign and trying to whitening my teeth a little. Tried this for a couple weeks. But for money this didn’t seem to work as well as what I had been using. So went back to my old standby. To be fair sensodyne isn’t completely resolving as it usually does but didn’t see need in my case to pay extra if not much improved.

> 3 dayWe purchased a tube of Boka toothpaste in May. It was delivered quickly. Both of us as older and as enamel thins, stains had become a real problem for us. Within 2 days we saw a difference in the whiteness of our teeth. Continued use of Boka has only improved the looks of our teeth and there is no sensitivity in the teeth.

> 3 dayOnly received it yesterday, therefore can hardly review it. Many toothpastes irritate my mouth. This one hasn’t yet. The taste is very pleasant. I hope this helps my review.
