> 3 dayI was hesitant to purchase this air compressor given the other reviews, but had friends who swore by California Air Tools compressors. They are by far the quietest compressors I have ever used. I decided to purchase this compressor anyways, and it worked very well at first. After 25 days of owning this compressor and only using it a handful of times, the metal pipe that connects the tanks to the inlet and on/of controls completely sheared while installing baseboards with a 16 gauge nail gun. Needless to say I am completely livid and disappointed at the quality of this product. As much as I appreciate the quietness of the compressor, I would never recommend purchasing anything from California Air Tools. Save your money and spend it on a more reliable product.

> 3 dayI am disappoint on investing in this product. It stopped working a few days ago and it was purchased 23 months ago barely used throughout the months). Another issue that bugged me, was its claim on noise level, while it was quieter than most, its noise level fluctuated quite a bit. In the first few months it maintained its quite level, than it soared to higher DBs and could barely handle being used with two guns. If you do decide to continue on with this product, do purchase an extended warranty, otherwise it is not worth the EFFORT.

> 3 dayThis really meets the claim. It is light and quiet. Tank size is kind of small but the refresh rate is fast. It is so nice to have the compressor comeonand not have to leave the building or even raise your voice.

> 3 dayThis is my second air compressor. I was limited in use of my 15 gallon cheap compressor to the hours of the day when no one was on the telephone or watching television. It sounds like a freight train and shakes the house. This compressor is far quieter. Even after reading the descriptions, I was surprised how quiet it is. Plenty of air for staple, brad and pin nailers - it can even handle the big framing nailer, if you can move at a slow pace for a while. Light enough to carry to the work, I might eventually rig up a hand trolley for it at some point.

> 3 dayI used to have pancake compressor for snuba off my dock. Hated to use it because of the noise it produced. The only good thing a pancake compressors does is let you know its recharging the tank from the racket it made. This one is dead quiet so doesnt piss off the neighbors. Thats a good thing.

> 3 dayThe compressor is ultra quiet like advertised. the cut time cannot be adjusted to anything faster that 90 psi. Great for from carpenters but not for framing carpenters that have to drive 16 gauge nails on to LSL or thick stock in a quick shooting sequence.

Greater than one weekDecimal level is fantastic compared to normal air compressor. I’m able to meet with clients or talk on the phone and it doesn’t disrupt conversation. Performance of air compressor keeps up great with my air tools for upholstery.

> 3 dayAwesome little guy!! Super quiet and a well built unit. The lightest over/under I’ve ever used. The gauges and outlets are well placed. The drain valve is of high quality and easily accessible.
