> 3 dayThis is one of my favorite brand of sketch books. The paper is thick, durable and can stand up to paint, water color, markers, pens etc. All without showing through on the other side. It allows for smooth marking and the ink sets well in the paper with no smearing or spreading. The smaller size is great for on the go drawing.

> 3 dayThis mixed media paper is my absolute favorite paper to use. It has a nice thickness and holds up well for a variety of media. Every media that I have tried so far, the paper has held up. I have used acrylic paint, watercolor, marker, pencils, and colored pencils. I actually ordered this size and a much smaller one because I loved the previous notebook I had.

> 3 dayNot really mixed media. I bought this mainly to use with watercolors and the paper doesnt seem to handle water too well. I used minimal amount of water, just enough to dampen the page and it just messed up the texture so bad. I wouldnt but it again unless its for sketching

> 3 daygood quality paper, takes water colors well without warping too much. Pages are easy to remove so you dont have to worry about ripping the paper.

> 3 dayPaper holds up very well! I was surprised with how much it actually held up against pens, pencils, colored pencils, watercolor. So far mine has not buckled or bled through making it easy to use both sides of a page. However, be careful with alcohol based markers they can bleed through if that is something youd be concerned about. Otherwise the paper is great!

> 3 dayOops I bought this thinking it was regular canson xl mixed media paper but that is preferably 140lb paper. This paper is 90lb. If you are unfamiliar with what that means you should do a little bit of research because paper will matter in your work. 90lb is very thin and does not take water very well. I do not think that it should be called mixed media paper in my opinion. 140lb is your average watercolor paper which in my opinion is completely my fault because I didnt check the description. I will only take one star off though consider these flaws. This shouldnt be used with watercolor. I dont even really think you should use markers. (Unless they are super cheap) If you want this for crayons or colored pencils, be my guest. be my guest Put our service to the test Tie your napkin round your neck, cherie And well provide the rest Soup du jour, hot hors doeuvres Why, we only live to serve Try the grey stuff, its delicious Dont believe me, ask the dishes . On that note.. have a great day and decide what you will on this paper.

> 3 dayThis is the only sketch book that my daughter will use now. The paper is great; texture and weight make it wonderful for mixed media purposes.

> 3 dayI use them, my mother and I give them as gifts to my artists friends. Its a great pad for those of us that use many mediums from pencils to markers, glue, paint all of it works perfect on this pd as if made just for it.
