I recently figured out how to run an ethernet cable from my router to a switch in my living room to stop fussing with my wifi settings. The first thing I needed to do was buy a long enough cable in a future-proof rating. That could be anywhere between CAT6 and CAT8. Since the cost difference was negligible, I went with the CAT8. While I was in the middle of this project, it occured to me that most of my ethernet wires were put into place many years ago and I had never thought to upgrade them, in spite of the fact that I had upgraded my router and FIOS service to gigabit level a couple of years ago. Sure enough, several of my existing cables were CAT4 or CAT5! Feeling pretty foolish, I immediately ordered replacement cables with the CAT8 spec and saw the throughput on those devices skyrocket. I got this cable to replace an unreliable old ethernet cable. This cable feels very sturdy and the end clips securely snap into ethernet ports. I ran a speed test with my old cable and this cable, and the results are nearly identical. Overall I think this has great value and I would recommend to anyone needing a durable ethernet cable.

The cable seems like its well made. I like the easy to press down tab for easy removal should I need to change ports.

Its hard to talk at length about a network cable. This one appears to be very well made and I especially like the fact that it has a woven cable cover instead of plain plastic. It is a bit more flexible and has a nicer feel that your typical patch cable. Between the braided cover and the gold plated connectors, it looks really sharp. My network isnt running Cat8 speeds (yet) but its working great in my gigabit network.

This Cat8 cable is good for connecting high speed devices. Ive been able to easily get 10Gbs from it using standard 10Gbs networking and had no issues. Quality is very good, and the cable is flexible enough for most situations.

This cable stands out from your average patch cable. The flat cloth covered cable is great for a situation where the devices will not be moving around. I plan to use it to connect components of my home theater and audio streamer gear where appearance and function are important. However I would not use this cable with my laptop as the cable and connector makes for a rather inflexible connection, extending well out from the connector on my laptop.

My gaming experience hit an all time high with using this cable

Very well build ethernet cable! Ill be using this as my quick-connect cable when working on customer equipment and expect it to last a very, very long time. The outer braid feels thick and strain resistant and the metal shielded ends shouldnt break like normal plastic RJ45 connectors.
