Greater than one weekI have another flag network cable, but its a Cat5e. It is too flexible. This cable looks and feels very sturdy. Its flexible in one direction (due to the flat cable design) and rigid the other direction. This is a perfect length to connect my laptop docking station to the Router/switch.

> 3 dayI got this cable to go from my Synology NAS to my main 1 Gbps switch. Since my internal network is still only 1 Gbps, I was only able to test transfer speeds up to that point and was not able to verify transfers up to 40 Gbps as advertised. However, I get near line speed transfers with my current switch, interface and this cable. The cable future proofs my desire to put a 10 Gbps switch in place and get a 10 Gbps interface on the NAS. In addition to working well, the cable is a very nice looking braided cable making the rest of my setup look in need of updating.

> 3 dayIt’s a well constructed braided cable that won’t get snagged or damaged compared to other. This is great especially if you constantly need to move your Ethernet cable around or just want one with extra protection.

> 3 dayI honestly don’t know much about Ethernet cables, but this one seems great! was in need of a new Ethernet cable and started doing some research and found the Cat 8 was the best one I could get. I have a high speed of internet, but it seems like I’m never actually getting the speed I’m supposed to. I was thinking it was my internet provider, but after researching Ethernet cables I realized it could be the cable I was using. Ethernet 8 cables allow for the highest speeds. So, I wanted to give it a try. This is really well made. It is flat with a woven material along it. My favorite part about it is the little clip that you push in when inserting it. The main reason I needed a new Ethernet cable was because the little plastic clip on my old one had broke off. It was so flimsy that it wasn’t surprising it broke, which was why I started researching Ethernet cables to see if I could find one that wouldn’t be as flimsy. The one on this is wider and thicker and seems a lot more durable, so I’m hopeful it’ll hold up a lot longer than my last one. Plus, this one is Cat 8, which is much better than my last one! After connecting it, I noticed my speed was way better than I’d had before, so then I was even happier with this! Overall, I think it’s a great, well made Ethernet cable for a good price!

> 3 dayMost of the Ethernet cables I use are out of sight, living behind desks or in the basement IT closet. Once they are plugged in, they rarely get touched again. But I was looking for a cable that could travel easily for my laptop to get improved connections for video calls when in hotels. While I havent yet had a chance to travel with this cable, the construction is exactly what I was looking for. The braided and flat design holds its shape and coils back up super easily. The connector boot is also well-integrated, protecting the plastic clip from getting broken off during travel.

> 3 dayThis ethernet cable is a great addition to my arsenal. Most importantly, I tested it, and iperf showed up to 947 Mbits/sec over this cable while connecting through a gigabit switch, which is as fast as Ive seen through that switch. Ill update when I can test through a 2.5 Gb connection. The flat shape of this makes it perfect for situations like going under a rug, though it does make it hard to make compound turns through tight spaces that arent flat to the end. I do wish Id gotten a longer length because of this, as the times it shines probably also require more than 6 feet. Fit and finish look good and materials sturdy.

> 3 dayYou can never have too many cat cables. One is always lost or damaged or in use so it never hurts to make sure you have extras. I prefer to hardwire devices when I can to the network instead of bogging down my home WiFi signal. This was great!
