I just got mines today and the wheels were dirty and there was scratches on the front and back of it.

Bought this suitcase for my daughter for an upcoming trip and the first time it was used, it broke before we even made it on the plane. Because we bought it months before the trip, the return window had already closed. Save your money!

The suitcases were a great size and easy to pack. Unfortunately, any surface they rubbed up against was left with red smudges- pants, carpets, bedspreads. That be makes the set unusable.

I bought this for my granddaughter (17) We were flying into West Palm. She loved how it glided along. Color is exactly Rose gold. Beautiful. Carry on. Fit perfectly in overhead compartment.

Light weight, and pretty maneuverable. Strong zippers with good expanding capability. Though exterior scratches extremely easily, took on 1 round trip but looks like it was on many,many more.

I bought this suitcase for my husband for Christmas and the first time he used it the zipper broke. Very disappointed it cant be returned.

It’s surprisingly lightweight. I really appreciate the extra zipper that allows this suitcase to expand upwards which provides more space to the interior. Streamlined design makes using as carry on luggage, a breeze.

I bought this set because I wanted a bigger suitcase for my new job. I travel twice a month and wanted easy rolling suit case. This was my fourth trip and my suit case came out of baggage claim like this. We all know the airlines are not very careful with handling your luggage but I figured it was better quality to handle the throwing of your luggage. I guess I’ll stick with my 20 year old soft luggage set.

Beautiful cases. Perfect for traveling. Very sturdy. For those commenting about the manufacturing scent. Throw a scented dryer sheet overnight and voila smell gone.
