Chicago Hardside Expandable Spinner Luggages, Teal, 20 Carry-On

Ok. Hard case, great. Expandable, great. Took a while to receive it...not a big deal. But...when we did receive it, it made it one trip and then the handle broke off. Yes, the handle that you use to pick it up and load it, etc. The bag was being used by my 9yr old. It wasnt overpacked or heavy by any means. It was on a 3hr flight and sat in the hotel most of the time. I have never had a handle come completely off on any pcs of luggage I have ever owned. Not really pleased with this.

These bags are perfect for the price

I generally give the benefit of the doubt. This luggage set is a big disappointment. After one use a zipper (used to expand the case) has broken. Even more disappointing is that the red dye used to color this luggage rubs off on whatever touches the suitcase.

I bought this set for vacation to Las Vegas. But I no more got the luggage and out of the car to take into the hotel and one of the wheel rollers broke away from the main Im over 1800 miles from home and with broken suitcase. 1st time use of unit. I will be returning set even though it’s past return date. VERY POOR QUALITY ITEMS!!! Expected better from something I paid almost $200 for!!!

Its smaller than I thought it was going to be. Also its bit ver durable, doesnt wheel all that great. Save your money

This carry on peice of luggage is small, lightweight and holds more than anticipated. It worked well for two trips but unfortunately, one of the wheels stopped rolling because the pin and wheels are cheaply made. You get what you pay for. I only had it for 2 months and can no longer return it. It will work ok for a quick overnight bag, but we can no longer take it to the airport.

Love the suitcase. Its lightweight and just as roomy as my old nylon, bulky suitcase. But (see the photo) my first travel experience with the luggage leaves a bit more to be desired! During my very first trip, I lost one of the rivets! To be fair, yes I understand how they handle baggage at the airlines sometimes... but still, my experience doesnt give me the feeling that this is really a tough or rugged case. I hope the mfr. is seeing this post. Quality improvements are welcome :o)
