Chicago Hardside Expandable Spinner Luggages, Teal, 20 Carry-On

Mine arrived with a 3 slit along one size, so I promptly returned it. That said, I will go ahead and give my overall impressions of the suitcase.

Great product and great value

This product is cheaply made. We purchased 3 at the same time, they do not roll easily, the handle is flimsy and on one of them it completely broke.

I’m not sure if it’s lightweight because the materials are cheap or if the pieces are just poorly made. I didn’t have time to return the set because my son was traveling days after receipt and he really needed the luggage. The wheel on the large suitcase was broken. The glue used on all the pieces either wasn’t applied properly or didn’t set properly so it was literally ‘coming apart at the seams’. The fact that the shipping box was actually decent makes the quality of the set even more questionable…I’m positive it wasn’t damaged in transit because the box was pretty pristine. I definitely would NOT buy again.

Small but one week was maximum

I ordered this set for a vacation and it didn’t even last one flight! The wheel busted and it wouldn’t roll, one of the stoppers on the side fell off and screws were poking out and there was a huge dent in one of the corners. Now it’s past the 30 days so I can’t return it and the check meant is not standing behind their product!

It was very easy to handle at the airport

I bought the 3 piece set in teal for a short trip back home for the holidays. I knew this set wouldnt be of $200 dollar quality, but it was still disappointing. Moving my carry-on bag with the bag upright was hard to control. The handle isnt very stable like that of a higher quality bag. The wheels are also low quality since a big chunk of one of the wheels chipped off on smooth concrete somehow, so I put up with that for the rest of my trip.

The color is great, as a matter of fact, there are many good color options

Very good comapre to prices, 100% satisfied.
