I love this bag. It is so much easier for me to carry than my old denim messenger bag and I can find everything much easier.

I so disappointed with this bag. I ordered it to replace my same 10 y/o bag. I loved the old one but its starting to show wear. The old bag had a much longer adjustable strap that could be worn cross body for comfort and security. This bags strap is way to short for cross body wear. The old bag had a padded handle for carrying or reaching for in the car, the new bad has a cheap nylon strip of ribbon.

My bags waterproofing lining has been breaking after barely 1 month of use. I have gotten customer service to acknowledge that this is a warranty issue however they wont pay for shipping to send it back for repair, or tell me how long it will take them. As this is my every-day bag, I am basically left needing to buy another bag to use while I pay to ship this one to get repaired. Nonsense. This is my second terrible Timbuk2 customer service experience - last time they wanted me to ship a whole suitcase back to them to repair the handle. Luckily I happened to suggest that they send me a replacement part and I fix it. It had not crossed their mind to go about it that way...

Like the other Timbuk2 bags this one was perfect as a carry-on when flying. Made security quite easy.

The medium allows plenty of space, more than I need really. I can fit my work tough book and plenty of files with a 2in binder. The styling of the bag is very sleek. The outside material feels very nice, and seems as it will be very easy to clean with a disinfecting wipe. The bottom straps are great to minimize bulk and keep it sleek.

Im not a bike commuter or real needer of a messanger bag but this is the perfect replacement for my dull laptop bag. It has a pocket for everything and plenty of room for the extras that come and go out of a bag. The strap is comfortable for a long walk and very adjustable. The large size was too big for my daily commuter so I dropped down to a medium and its perfect.

I love my messenger bag. It looks great (I get compliments all the time), its durable, its easy to clean, and its comfortable. I wish a 40oz hydroflask fit in the water bottle holder, but thats a minor gripe about an otherwise wonderful bag. If i was to change anything other than the water bottle holder size, it would be to add some kind of rigid backing to help keep its shape, but I am sure there are just as many people who like the pliable shape of the bag, and its hardly a problem for me, it would just be nice. Highly recommend this bag.
