Classic Messenger Bag - Durable, Water-Resistant, fits 13, 15, 17 Laptop

This bag is the perfect size and all the pockets keep me organized.

I ordered this small black version. Straps are definitely thin and less wider. Internal pockets are even smaller. Overall bag is smaller in size versus my 2012 messenger bag of the same brand. Putting this one on felt like wearing a small man-purse. No thanks. Returned it and keeping my old messenger bag that has held up well, made of better materials, has larger and wider straps and larger in overall size but still small enough to fit my 13 MacBook and a few notepads and books. Great bag

I bought my timbuk2 messenger bag in Berkeley, 2002. It was a big investment for me at the time, so I really weighed my options and debated spending the money. (I think it was about $120?) Never been a bike messenger, but definitely an urban bike commuter most of my life. It has been everywhere, a dozen countries and countless overhead bins. Recently I have been thinking about replacing it, not because it has lost an ounce of functionality, but because its pretty beat-up looking. I will for sure go with another timbuk2, they have a customer for life! (Although their bags last so long, this next one might be enough for me)

quite good,but dontt meet my need

I got the medium, which is way bigger than I thought it would be. The strap is comfortable, and its roomy enough for a laptop and more.

What more can I say, this bag is really really good. You can fit all your things in this thing. And its comfortable, waterproof and look good.

Ordered this a couple months ago and can say now that its absolutely awesome. The medium size holds all my essentials (lunch, umbrella, kindle) quite comfortably. A couple cons: the laptop slip does nothing for me as I dont usually carry my laptop and therefore it bends a lot. I wish that this bag in particular (the classic and in canyon color) had a zipper on the outside either on the front or back. It would totally come in handy for putting in car keys or subway cards. If thats a deal breaker for you then thats something to consider.

The strap is not secured well and comes undone regularly. Very frustrating when you have your bag on and it slides right off at the slightest touch or movement.

Absolutely perfect. A great size for my 13inch laptop and a few other everyday carry items. Cant wait to put it through the ringer.
