The best way to take fiber

My daughter and I both suffer from digestive issues from the gut all the way down. We’ve tried several different probiotic supplements, and other things for bloating, constipation, etc and have found we can add this colon sweep to our cabinet. It has a great taste and I recommend following dosage recommendations and drinking it right away because it does thicken up and me personally, I don’t like the texture once that happens. It took about two days to notice a “cleansing” effect and I am sure that is different for each individual. I’ll keep using this and will probably purchase more. I didn’t include any pictures because several other reviewers have some up.
