Great flavor, not super sweet! On day 2 and feeling less bloated already!

This stuff will clean you out for sure! If you have any issues with constipation, this product will do the trick. I do recommend starting with a small amount to see how you react. I tried it on a Friday to make sure I wasn’t indisposed at work. It worked as well as a name brand fiber product and it tasted much better. I don’t think I will need to use use it regularly but it’s good when you need a little help.

Since I started taking it, I realized that it regulates my intestines in a soft way.

This product tastes good and is the best option for improving gut health. It reduces bloating and never had uncomfortable side effects such as cramping, etc. I would highly recommend.

I have been taking psyllium husk fiber supplements for several years to help with digestive issues and lowering cholesterol, but I wanted to try something different than just plan psyllium fiber. I came across this supplement and figured I would give it a shot. I have only been taking this supplement for a few weeks, but I like it better than my normal psyllium fiber supplement. It has a pleasant strawberry taste and mixes well in pretty much any liquid. Sometimes Ill mix it into my yogurt when I eat breakfast--that also works well. I have felt great since taking it. I like that this supplement also includes probiotics, a liver support blend, and a metabolic support blend, which most psyllium fiber supplements definitely do not contain. This product is also very gentle for those who have not had the greatest experience with fiber supplements. Yes, it is more expensive than plain psyllium fiber, but I think this product is worth the extra cost.

Save your money and simply buy a basic psyllium fiber supplement. This product did nothing different for me than a $10 fiber supplement from Costco and you get 4 times less for 4 times the price. I got caught up in the marketing.

It got the job done, efficiently.

So far so good. Seems like it’s working well.
