I have been taking psyllium husk fiber supplements for several years to help with digestive issues and lowering cholesterol, but I wanted to try something different than just plan psyllium fiber. I came across this supplement and figured I would give it a shot. I have only been taking this supplement for a few weeks, but I like it better than my normal psyllium fiber supplement. It has a pleasant strawberry taste and mixes well in pretty much any liquid. Sometimes Ill mix it into my yogurt when I eat breakfast--that also works well. I have felt great since taking it. I like that this supplement also includes probiotics, a liver support blend, and a metabolic support blend, which most psyllium fiber supplements definitely do not contain. This product is also very gentle for those who have not had the greatest experience with fiber supplements. Yes, it is more expensive than plain psyllium fiber, but I think this product is worth the extra cost.

I really like this product. To start with, it provides 4g of fiber per serving vs. 3g in Optifiber and Metamucil. This has a great flavor - I tried the Strawberry Taste. Its easy to mix into water and is pleasant to drink... I was actually very surprised how good it tastes and how well it worked - and, no unwanted side effects like gas or bloating. Great product!

ColonSweep is a Psyllium husk based fiber and probiotic colon cleanser that provides 4g fiber per serving. In Addition to Psyllium husk it includes fiber from acacia gum & chicory root. This also includes a probiotic blend and Herbal ingredients to support liver and metabolic health. Jar contains 60 servings that you mix 1 scoop into 12-14 oz of water. Instructions say to take this twice a day but that is way more fiber supplement than I require or would be comfortable taking daily. I take 1500 Mg of Psyllium husk daily and one serving of this is already more than 2.5 times that amount of fiber. That is fine by me as This will last me 60 days instead of 30

I need regular fiber in my diet, but a lot of fiber supplements are either tasteless or unpleasant. This one has a remarkably strong flavor, strawberry but with a tart taste like lemonade (although it does not seem to contain lemon). It delivers a good dose of fiber (4 g), but also four blends including a prebiotic, a probiotic, a liver, and a metabolic enhancing blend. This makes it much more than a mere fiber source. That is the good part. The less-good part is the price--at 60 servings, the price works out to almost a dollar per serving. I would not use it every day for that reason, but I would gladly alternate it with less exciting fiber supplements to get the good flavor and clear benefits of this product.

I like that this product is made with natural ingredients and vegan.

Ive tried many cleanser that caused annoyed cramps. This one works well without embarassed situations.

I take this everyday in the morning. Trust me when I say itll having you running to the bathroom. It gets waste out of your system. Ive lost 3 pounds just from taking it. I recommend you buy it!!
