I have never tried this type of product before so I didnt know what to expect. I am gradually working up to the recommended amount so I cant tell how well it is working. However, my bloating may be less. While I dont care for the taste, I have learned just to drink it all down. I do think that it is expensive as the container is for 60 servings or 30 days.

This dietary supplement named “Colon Sweep”, when taken as the directions provide, made me become regular in 1.5 days. I was suffering from a typical bout of Constipation from not being efficiently hydrated. I took this Colon Sweep per the directions (twice daily before meals), and it really helped clear up my constipation. It did give me some flatulence prior and before my bowel movement, but that was to be expected with Psyllium husk as an ingredient. This strawberry flavored dietary drink mix dissolves very quickly in water, and has a pleasant citrus- strawberry flavor. I like that you need less than most name brand fibrous supplements. Its consistency in a beverage is not thick and goopy like most fibrous supplements. Rather it is more liquid, and easy to swallow. Also, this supplement contains everything you need to keep your digestive tract operating normally, especially if you diet is lacking like mine. This supplement is a Prebiotic, a Probiotic, a Liver cleanse, and Metabolic enhancer. Also of note, this container has 80 servings, and will last a very long time. For me, I find that I only need to take this 2x a week to help me stay regular. Colon Sweep is very potent and powerful-!

I feel less bloating, I could feel that it works specially after a weekend eating junk foods.

Ive been dealing with constipation as a side effect of medication and Ive tried several psyllium husk powders. I was so happy to find one that isnt orange or unflavored! This tastes like a delicious berry punch, the cinnamon flavor is more noticeable than I expected but not bad. I mixed 1 heaping scoop with about 3 cups of cold water and mixed with a handheld frother. It mixed well and didnt clump up or get thick quickly. The only thing I dont like about the product is the name, I wish they would change it to something more appealing. Overall, this is a great find! Id order this again or try it in other flavors (if there are any).

I had tried other products from this company and was looking for a supplement to help kickstart a new diet. This supplement not only tastes great but really helped cleanse my tummy to give me that extra boost to help with my weight loss. Ive been using it for a couple weeks couldnt be happier with the results!

The tub is not big, nor is it small. But under 6 inches. Simple type 2 white plastic tub with easy off lid. My son says it tastes really good - hes practically grown sized. Mixed well. Easy to find the scoop. If you have never taken Psyllium Husk, be sure to start with a small amount to check to see how you react to it. Some people need less than others. And a few are allergic to it. (This is normal - we are all different). 60 servings -- 83 cents per serving Compare to Meta Mucil drinks.
