Update: Honestly, although I hated the taste at first, after a bit more time with it its not that bad. It also helps that this is very effective for me so far. So, Im going to bump this up to a full five stars. Works as advertised. Other reviews mention that it is gradual and I agree. The taste is way too harsh for me to give it a full five stars. It is not only chalky, but also leaves a terrible aftertaste of something vaguely berry. Overall if you just want results this may end up working for you, but I cannot get over the taste.

Product was delivered as advertised, sealed outside and inside to preserve contents. This has helped alleviate my stomach issues, and tastes good which is always a plus.
