> 24 hour12/31/2021 UPDATE: The seller sent me out a replacement PEI plate and it works fine, I found the secret that the company does not tell you is to wash it with dawn dish detergent and hot water then dry it with paper towels *as with any print bed surface never use a microfiber cloth as they leave a residue* Once I did this with the new one and I run the bed at 60 degrees C as I always do with PEI beds everything stick extremely well with PLA and I mean until it properly cools you will have a hard time releasing it. As for the original even after washing with Dawn and hot water...still have issues. I am happy that the company stood being their product and did the right thing by their customer. I had high hopes for this PEI plate but no matter what heat, PLA, bridge, tabs etc combination I try, no matter if I used alcohol, windex or soap and water...nothing sticks, not even large prints with lots of surface area. I was not happy when a 18 hour print let go at 87% It is going in the trash

> 24 hourthis sheet is a life saver. I tried glass, painters tape, glue, hair spray ect. I tried it all with petg. Once I got the pei sheet I havent had 1 failed attempt at a print that wasnt self inflicted ( bed not level or speed to fast) I print everything on this sheet

> 24 hourBroke the pei sheet second use :-( …. Was printing TPU on my Mingda magician x and when it was time to pull the model from the print bed, it took a piece of the PEI sheet with it. Needless to say, as frustrating as this was, I ordered a PEX sheet from Wham Bam and after an hour of pulling the residual glue of the aluminum bed, I stalled the PEX and am really happy with the results.

> 24 hourI got this included as a special with my ender S1 and figured it wasn’t an upgrade because it was free but turned out to be a pleasant surprise and actually sticks really well gives you the smooth bottom on prints

> 24 hourThis a great build plate. I also added the TH3D mat to the other side but the PEI sheet is great and leaves a very smooth finish on the prints. The magnet is strong and works great with the two sided spring steel sheet. I would recommend with syst for sure. This is on a Voxelab Aquila.

> 24 hourSo I’ve always had a little adhesion issue with pretty small parts. One of my level tests prints even had issues on some of the small squares because the retract and print was so quick, some corners didn’t stick well. With this plate that’s all gone. It’s almost like the filament is drawn to the plate like a magnet. Once it cools the print comes right off or if it’s still warm a little flex flex and off it pops. It’s really been great. I should have read the description more carefully I thought this was double sided at first, but only the textured side has the pei. The textured side leaves a nice look to the first layer, but I’m sure some people will want the smooth look of glass too.

> 24 hourArrived on time well packaged in a box. No instructions , not really needed though. So far I have only printed ABS. Bed 90C, Nozzle 230C. ABS sticks to the PEI well until the surface cools. The PEI surface seems tuff. I ran the nozzle into the surface when setting the Z-offset and it only left a small mark. I expect the magnetic bed to get weaker with time since I print ABS and PETG at a high bed temperature. The surface / magnet combination was heavier than my glass surface at 446g. I expected ringing in the test cube print but did not see any. I gave a 4 on durability since I dont know how long the magnet will last at the 80-90C bed temperatures I use. Update: 06/14/2020 I removed the magnetic surface. It smells too much. I thought it would out-gas and then stop but it smells bad every-time it is heated. Now I hold the PEI surface down with clips.
