> 3 dayAfter having some issues with a different build surface that was supposed to match the stock Ender 3 (non-V2) build plate, I chose to upgrade to this one. Holy hell it is worth the price. Its a much different surface texture, and it seems kind of gritty, so I was very curious how my ender 3 was going to lay down smooth PLA into all the pits of this build plate. I quickly would find out that its just fine. I was nervous to apply the adhesive side of the magnet, because I knew it would be difficult to remove. I took care to slowly apply it in sections, avoiding bubbles. Then, the gold colored metal sheet snaps to this magnet SO strongly, it is actually difficult to lift. Goodbye little binder clips! I took care to level the bed, and even had it a little far away because I heard that you dont want to scratch this type of surface with the nozzle. It will actually grind down your nozzle tip, because its stronger than brass. Im not sure if that is true but didnt take chances. My first print went down PERFECTLY and that first layer was so smooth. When the print was done, as the build plate cooled, I could actually HEAR the PLA cracking and popping as it was lifting off. Once it reached around 30 degrees, my print was actually already free! No scraper necessary. I havent printed on it a lot, so I dont know yet about wear and tear. Ive also read that regular cleaning is necessary for this plate, as the oils from your skin can build up and cause poor adhesion. Well worth it in my opinion! 5 stars!

> 3 dayAfter trying glass, mirror and other beds this one will be my last one!! Bed temp at 60 for PLA and it sticks perfect. Small prints with less surface area might need a brim but other than that I haven’t had any issues with adhesion. Prints pop right off after bed has been cooled to down 30c.

Greater than one weekSo this plate is awesome! I have stopped using rafts to print now because of this bed! It was an easy install and it has made printing easy because I no longer have to concern myself with bed adhesion. Not only that as soon as it is done printing and cools off the print either pops off like magic or I simply pull the plate off and flex it and it releases the print with no issues at all.

19-11-2024The smooth side I’ve been having a few adhesion issues with but the textured side has been perfect for every print so far. I’d definitely recommend this print bed over any glass or other pei sheet bed. Came well packaged with no scratches or bends and it’s easy to install. Just make sure you’ve got everything lined up right before you put the sticky side down first.

> 3 dayThis is the most perfect surface to print on - Ender 3 v2

Greater than one weekIt is exactly what I needed, a bed that sticks well to prints and at the same time prints come out easily. Strongly recommended

> 3 dayThe plastic mat on my Ender 3 somehow fused itself to the heated bed (dont know why, since I used no solvents on it and never ran it past 60C), and the cleanup was very tedious (taking some of the beds finish with it). Decided to replace it with something different, so I bought three different types of mats. So far, the other two still rest in their boxes because this was the first i tried and it is phenomenally good. Installation and leveling were very straightforward. I restrained myself from using glue stick, hair spray, etc. and printed (with PLA) right to the naked PEI surface...the prints stuck fast to the PEI and completed with no errors. Once the bed cooled, I could remove the prints with just a nudge of the spatula, and there was no discoloration or residue to be seen on the PEI. Be sure not to mistake the yellowish layer of PEI (on top of the steel mat) for a protective wrap and try to peel it off. The mat came with another rubberized backing (unattached), but in light of recent experience I decided not to use it and just put the mat right onto the bed (which, being an Ender 3 Pro, is already magnetized). Thus far, it works very consistently and with zero evident wear or damage.

> 3 daygrazie a questa lastra in PEI ho potuto migliorare notevolmente ladesione delle mie stampe, anche con materiali molto propensi al warping, come abs e petg, inoltre una perk aggiuntiva è il fatto che grazie alla sua texture garantisce un first layer di ottima qualità andando a camuffare quelle che sono le linee di stampa dando limpressione di un oggetto prodotto in serie e più rifinito

> 3 dayI recently bought two of these and BOTH have these bubbles after just a few prints. I guess you get what you pay for.
