Comotomo Silicone Replacement Nipple, Medium Flow, 3-6 Months, 2 Count

We have bought this a lot over the last two years for our mason jars to make bottles with them. They’re perfect for this and no leaking.

I love that these come in different flows! Most bottles don’t have that. Baby loves it & adapts easily to the flows as she gets older.

I love how you can replace the nipples with different flow. The low flow have one hole, medium have two holes, and fast have three holes. Makes it easy for your baby to grow and use the same bottle the whole time. Plus they are dishwasher safe!

Our little one loves the Como tomo bottles but we have had to replace several nipples because they crack in the hole and cause the milk to pour out

Love this nipples and amazon only place sells them I can’t find them local ship fast and easy to use. Only issue im not sure if my son formula but nipple get clogged like formula won’t come out happens multiple nipple but only with his brand

I ordered medium flow (2 holes) but received fast flow (3 holes). Just contacted Amazon to request replacement of correct item so hopefully I will receive the medium flow nipples soon. I purchased 2 packs of the fast flow by mistake last week & wont be able to use them for a while! This brand works great. Baby is mostly breastfeeding but I do supplement some with expressed milk & formula. My baby transitions easily from breast to the Comotomo bottles.

We were hoping to switch to these from Dr. Brown’s since those had started leaking & these are easier to clean. Unfortunately the nipples started inverting during feeds, so we had to pause to fix it & that didn’t go well with a hungry baby. I’ve seen a few others post about this problem also, I’m not sure what the cause is.

I ordered these to replace older ones because they had a bad smell. The new ones ended up getting a smell to them after 1 use. I have sanitized and even soaked them in vinegar, they still have a stinky smell. Now the bottles also have the bad smell. I don’t know what is happening… I’m frustrated because so far these are the only nipples my daughter doesn’t suck milk through super fast and we pace feed. The smell is concerning. I’m wondering about the quality of the silicone…

Im a first time mom and went through a ton of trial and error before finding the perfect bottle. I have easily tried over 10 different brands of bottles. Finally, I found Comotomo and havent looked back. Comotomo bottles were instantly a hit with my daughter. One of the biggest issues I ran into with bottles was the milk flow was just too fast. Even bottles that claimed to be slow flow, would end up making my baby choke or gag, with milk running down her mouth as she tried to keep up with the flow. Tommee Tippee, Dr. Browns, Avent..they all were too fast. Others had awful nipples (Munchkin Latch) that constantly collapse. Enter Comotomo. Everything about Comotomo bottles are amazing, but to me, the best part is the nipple. Its what really sets this bottle apart from the rest. The silicone is soft and thick. Very well made. These nipples are truly wide mouth. They NEVER collapse. The dual vents are amazing for preventing gas/spit-up. And these are extremely easy to clean. These nipples also never get the permanent fog that seems to appear on a lot of other nipples. The fog that never goes away no matter how well you clean them. My baby has a very strong sucking reflex. So, we used the 0-3 month nipple, which has one hole until she was about 6 months old. Then we switched to the 3-6 month nipple, which has two holes. She is now 9 months old and we still use the 3-6 month nipples. I dont think she will need to use a nipple beyond 3-6 months, ever. She currently can finish a 6oz bottle in about 8 minutes. These replacement nipples are perfect for allowing me to still use my 5oz Comotomo bottles. For some reason I prefer the 5oz bottles over the 8oz bottles. Dont get me wrong, I love the 8oz ones, but I just prefer the look and feel the the 5oz bottles. PS..The 5oz bottles actually will hold 6.5 ounces if filled all of the way up.

My daughter barely took a bottle when she was young because I was usually home to nurse her. When we did try to give her a bottle, she wouldnt take the ones my older son had used. She finally took the Comotomo bottles which are amazing, I have reviewed them separately, but lets just say 5 stars all around. Now that she is 1 year old and drinking whole milk, we needed a bottle again to feed her. She was being fussy with the baby nipples we had so I ordered these. They are the Y cut nipples and lets her drink a lot faster. She loves it and devours 6 ounces of milk first thing in the morning. Perfect for what we needed.
