Just received this item yesterday and so far so good. The hardest part is removing the wood from the saw without taking everything apart. If there are any issues I will update my review.

This requires a heavy duty drill to attach to. It cuts a nice clean circle that requires very little sanding. Our small drill battery drained fairly quickly on a 1/2 board. This was a good buy. We priced one at a local farm supply store three times the cost.

The hole saws worked well but it looked like it arrived used. Also had some sort of oil on it. Got the job done on making holes on acrylic. It wasnt as smooth as I want it to be though. Ill keep for now, not gonna return a used product to be sold again used.

This is a light duty kit. Will cut through sheetrock, soft wood, thin wood over and over again. Anything heavier will wear it down at the fastening hole. Will only cut heavier woods twice before giving out. If you get more than two hd cuts... your doing good. Ok kit for light dulty use

Depth of circular attachments doesnt exceed 1/2 in. Also drill bit is poor, needs to be replaced with one thats pointier.

This cuts well and quickly. I use it to make flat lap backing plates out of wood and acrylic. It is sharp and cuts a nice round disk (or a nice round hole if you rather. There are not directions included so be aware that you need to figure it out on your own (if you have ever used a hole saw, then you pretty much got it). I use it with a drill press but this would work just as well with a handheld. Make sure to work slowly to avoid excess heat buildup. I also use a little soap on the blade to allow it to cut a little easier. Overall a handy large hole saw.

Its ok for really thin wood. I was drilling 1/2 inch pine and it broke. The teeth themselves dull quickly. Good for someone drilling plastic or balsa occasionally. Otherwise look elsewhere. The installation plate broke after the 3rd or 4th use. Save your money.
