Continental GatorSkin DuraSkin Tire

Great tires. I replaced a pair of Gatorskins that were years old & were still going strong. Durable, nice looking & a good value.

First 100 miles on these tires, so far so good. Theyre a bit harder compound than the GP5000s I replaced, but no traction issues yet. Cornering and straight line rolling resistance are good. Ill definitely have to swap front to rear to manage wear.

Just put the tire on my bike have not even ridden them and there are 2 fairly large holes in both tires. Bought these to replace my old tires that had a few thousand miles on them. Not sure if these are going to be safe to ride on with these holes.

Never ever think about flats.

These tires are amazing! I went from about a flat tire per week, to no flats since I installed them four months ago! Im riding on city streets and the occasional canal trail. Ive hit broken glass, potholes, cracks, thorns--these things are nearly indestructible. If you are tired of flat tires, invest in GatorSkins! They are slightly heavier, but unless youre a pro, you wont notice a few ounces.

Very happy with the durability of the tires. No flats from goatheads since putting on. Expecting the durability to be good and bang for the buck.

So after about 3 weeks of riding I have had 2 flat tires from typical city road debris. I bought these tires with the hopes to decrease flat tires. Also while I have been changing flats I have noticed the tires are different sizes. One slips on to the rim very easy, almost to easy! The other tire is a pain in the neck to get on the rim. Im gonna contact the seller to see about replacement.

Very nice and smooth riding tires will definitely purchase again.

I’m not a huge bike geek, but so far so good. They seem durable and were easy to install.
