> 3 dayFirst delivery opened box found tiny black glass pieces on bottom and on floor after removing case from box. glass pannel was shattered but mainly intack from protective film.

Greater than one weekUPDATE - 11/11, Corsair has been extremely helpful with sending a replacement side panel. Updated to 5 star for their CS department. Amazing company to work with and I appreciate all their support.
