Corsair 5000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Case - Black

I build a lot of pcs over the years, but this is the coolest case I ever build on. Plenty of room for almost anything you want to do to it. Easily fits 10 120mm fans. Very stylish and functional too. I got the airflow version of it and temperatures drop on my CPU and GPU. Great case. Corsair did it really good job with it

Where do I start? Well I love the look of the case along with its ability to have 10 fans put in it for airflow. The case itself is easy to access for wires and plenty of space throughout. HOWEVER: the tempted glass is so cheap… there are two metal supports and that is it. Shown in my second photo is only the second time I took the case apart. I must have barely tapped the ground with it or something because it quite literally shattered in my hands placing the tempered glass back on my PC. I have never experienced that happen with any of my previous cases that had tempered glass.

My setup has never looked better. All these upgrades made a bigger case a nessecity. The cable management is so nice. Everything is wrapped together and makes even the backside of the case look good. GET THIS CASE

Great case for airflow.

I love it

The 5000D improves on the 4000D in nearly every way possible. More USB ports, better airflow design and plenty of set up for fans. The only negatives is that its large and heavy, especially once you finish your build. I didnt like that you cant use three 140mm fans in the front but you can use two 140s and one 120mm; its not a big deal but a minor gripe.

Only cons, no pros.

Corsair did a FANTASTIC job with this case. Cable tracks made routing cables with extensions easy and it came with a whole bag of Velcro cable straps... which was a nice surprise. All cutouts were nicely rounded with no sharp edges which mase for a tetanus free build.
