Corsair 5000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Case - Black

I was not expecting this case to be brighter than my other mid tower, but it was. I’m happy about that because I was concerned about room for my AIO. I almost got the 7000 airflow but didn’t because of people online saying the 5000 will work. It does. Very easy to put together.

Went from 82c GPU to 67C under load, nice. This case fancy.

I purchased this case because I wanted something bigger than my current case for a custom loop. However, I found out the hard way that the side cutout for fans/radiators can only accommodate 120 mm wide radiators, and the one I was planning to put there is 133 mm wide. Unfortunately, that prompted me to have to buy a new radiator. Otherwise, the case is rather customizable and has good airflow, as its name implies. The material is not as sturdy as other cases Ive own, but its not exactly flimsy either. Overall, Id recommend it for anyone looking for a breathable case and/or for water cooling purposes. Just be mindful of radiator width.

I am amazed how solid this glass and metal tower truly is. Large enough for all the high end part to game at the highest level. I love the large tempered glass side to allow my internal components to be viewed. (So satisfying ) I would highly recommend this product to anyone .

This case is almost perfect with one cosmetic flaw. They SHOULD NOT HAVE TINTED THE GLASS WINDOW! It takes away from the aesthetic beauty of an RGB build because the vivid colors do not POP like they do with the cover off or a case without a black tinted display window. You can see the difference with the cover on and with the cover off in my pictures. This might not be a big deal to some and it definitely will not lower my five star rating. The entire MESH AIRFLOW design of this case is amazing! I have used the 4000D AIRFLOW and now this 5000D AIRFLOW in almost all of the builds for customers. I used to use the NZXT 510 case but I like this design better, especially for, well AIRFLOW.

Excellent quality & brand

The quality of the 5000D airflow is unmatched. It is super easy to build in, super easy to take apart and put back together, super customizable. It’s just the very best case on the market hands down. Thermals ate fantastic and it just looks amazing on my desk. Corsair is just the best, I can’t say enough good things about it. Good job Corsair!!!

Arguably the best larger sized mid tower PC case available. Easy to build in. Great airflow. Great dust filtration. And great modularity.

There is plenty of room to build, with a lot of options of how you want to arrange your fan set up. The airflow is fantastic, and the removable filters are really handy for cleaning out dust. The tempered glass is the cherry on top, which shows off my awesome build.
