Corsair 5000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Case - Black

Great case to build in and looks amazing once finished

This case is massively wide open. Still a normal sized pc case and it’s not too bulky. The open design allows for loads of airflow! My 11900kf stays below 60 when running most heavy load games. I would recommend extra fans of course because the two it comes with may be good but not quite enough circulation for an air cooler. Construction is firm and classy. But it’s still got a lot of room. It has room for a full sized water radiator in the front with its magnetic clip on and off panel for if you need that extra room. It has a lot of space for ssds and hard drives and I can fit a 3 fan long and thick GPU in it. (I did need a GUP support though because the case doesn’t have one but their super cheap and easy to find)

This case is well built, easy to set up and has great airflow. One of the best cases I have used. I would recommend this case. The case is large for a mid tower and has plenty of room for a custom cooling loop. Great job Corsair.

Probably the best case you can get right now! It has amazing airflow and is extremely easy to work in. I would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting a full tower with lots of airflow.

Great case with a lot of room to work in.

You get a lot of room for a mid tower case. It’s not perfect but close to it. Wish they would include more fans with it.

For reference this is the build -

High air flow and looking for Corsair quality. Got about 1 and a half of what I was looking for. Not fair to 5000D that I built previous build (my pc) in a 7000D. This pc (wifes pc) built with 5000D almost just as good as the 7000D same features but lacks a few like the front panel shroud it does not break down in two like the 7000D does to conceal motherboard cable connections. Had to completely remove to install fans and leave out. Also not sure to who this fault would be but case had a couple of scars and a dent and being I had been waiting a while due to inventory stock issues I decided to keep the case. I managed to make the dent look decent (did some body work dent pulling) touched up scratches and went on to build see all in pictures provided. All in all its a good case minus the bumps and bruises reason why only 2 stars on quality of materials and the shroud I see it as a missed opportunity to make a great case like its bigger sibling 7000D almost forgot to mention the push and pull configuration on AIO cooler fans can be tricky had to mount fans outside top of case it appears Corsair may have planned it that way. Top panel still goes into place as it should. good case.

This case is AMAZING. Its made of solid material, comes apart and back together very easily, has great air flow, and has a ton of space to work in. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to put more fans in their setup. The options for cable management are great too. I have the mesh front panel version so I cant speak for the others, but this one is a solid buy. Plenty of reviews on youtube gushing over it too, so rest assured that youre getting your moneys worth.
