If you use a Creality Sprite extruder, this is an all metal hot end ( an upgrade for some models ), capable of heating up to 300C and handling engineering grade filaments. I broke a thermistor wire on my Sprite hot end ( Ender 3 S1 Pro ) and decided to replace the entire hot end. As expected (its an authentic Creality part and the store is a Creality reseller ) it dropped right in to my Ender 3 S1 Pro which already had a 300C capable hot end and worked just like the original.

After spools and spools of filament that hove gone though your existing nozzle its time to change it out for a new one. Either because of a clog or its just not producing the high quality prints as it once did these official Creality copper with nickel coating makes all the difference. It comes with various sizes and each one is perfectly machined to its specifications. The kit also comes with two silicon socks to put around the hotend to keep the temperature constant as well as to protect the nozzle from stray filaments getting on the hotend. When you need the best replacement nozzle then this is the one to get. Highly recommend these as that really do make a world of difference when printing.

This Creality Official Sprite Extruder Heater Block Upgrade Kit is great! It installed without any issues at all into my Ender 3 S1 and we were off to the races! Zero issues feeding or clogging and it flows so nicely. I would highly recommend this simple upgrade.

I recently purchased an extruder heater block kit for my 3D printer and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The kit came with everything I needed to upgrade my printers extruder to handle high-temperature filaments, including a stainless steel heat break, brass nozzle, and a heat block kit. The installation was straightforward and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided. Once installed, I immediately noticed an improvement in the quality of my prints, especially when using materials that require higher temperatures. The extruder was able to maintain a consistent temperature throughout the print, resulting in smoother and more accurate prints. I also appreciate the durability and quality of the materials used in this kit. The stainless steel heat break and brass nozzle feel solid and well-made, and I am confident they will last for a long time. Overall, I highly recommend this extruder heater block kit to anyone looking to upgrade their 3D printer. Its a worthwhile investment that will improve the performance and versatility of your printer.

Very straightforward swap, two screws out - two screws in. I like the higher temp heating element and the bimetallic heat break for printing more engineering materials like PET, Nylon, or even PC. I did add a bit of high temp thermal paste to the copper part of the heat break to improve the contact between the heatsink and the heat break. One point of contention I have is the way the thermistor is secured with just thermal cement unlike what is shown in the item description (2nd pic). This cement tends to degrade and crumble over time, especially for high temp/high-speed printing. Its highly likely that in the long run, the thermistor will get dislodged resulting in failed prints.

For printing materials beyond PLA you might need a hot end capable of higher temperatures and this does it both efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Great retro fit for Creality printers others may need some leads soldered as well as changes to software that allow for temperatures as high as 300 C. Nice bi-metal hot end that keeps temperatures reasonable above the hot end.

When you want the best 3D printing results you must go with a bi-metal heat break. It really does make all the difference when printing at high temperature like for ABS, PETG or nylon. It is also really good for the lower temperature filaments like PLA as well to give a much more stable temperature at the nozzle. I have done some test prints and of course the boat, and the results are better than I ever expected. This is a true drop in upgrade with no additional modifications needed. After installing, just need to run though the leveling setup and you are back on track to super smooth prints on all temperature ranges. Highly recommend this upgrade even if you dont plan on printing with ABS or PETG you wont be disappointed at all.

I have quite of printers that have the sprite pro on them and all have the same nozzle. This kit makes it to be able for me to change the tip. There are different sizes and have not printed other than the .4 This ranges from .25 upto .8 and looking at the hole the .8 is huge. I have not used them before and now opens the door to other options. Since this is steel the hotend will have the option with other upgrades to have the ability to print hotter too. Glass hot. Dont think so but other things. Got 2 new socks incase 1 rips or something. It will keep the temp there and not cause a fault because its missing. Well extra ends is always nice to have. Hope you have Good Luck printing and get these nozzles where they done cost that much.

I bought this to replace my failed stock hotend on my ender 3v2. I couldnt use my BL touch with this without printing another mount for it because it stuck down too low. my printer wasnt functional so I ordered a cr touch. the screws that come with the new trolley for the x axis are too long and hit the frame. you have to rotate the screws or cut them off. It also restricts your movement to the left which is annoying if you want to put the bltouch on the right side instead. You lose a decent amount of print area in the y axis since this moves the nozzle further from the x axis. the instructions could use a lot of work and the sonic pad setup was very difficult and took lots of research to do.

Easy, clean install. I installed this on a custom printer running a BTT SKR 1.4 Turbo and TMC2208 drivers. The e-steps outlined in the instructions were incorrect, and I had to reverse the extruder direction in the firmware, but all is good. Works perfectly!
