> 3 dayWhen product arrived the plastic container was broken, I used the tool bag because I needed it for the next day. I contacted customer service and they said sorry we no longer have the plastic containers and would not credit any money or even 10% for a cracked in the plastic which I showed them pics of. I tried multiple times and just got sorry.. The bag is not bad after using it for 2 weeks though the strap keeps coming off when you go to pic up the bag, I do HVAC work and now do not trust it in a customers house so Im out of luck on this bag. look elsewhere is my advice.

> 3 dayThe only complaint I have is the snap hooks for the strap that is used for over the shoulder that attach the the carrying handle need to be made of steel. Mine has opened and thus dont use as often. Bag is laid out very well for tool placement and is a joy to tote around. Would tell others to buy.

> 3 dayI purchased this tool carrier after looking at several online and in retail stores. The quality of this bag is far greater than any other bag I have looked at or purchased within the same price range ($17-$50). It has more than enough pockets for all the tools I need. I am an A/V installer and I use several different hand tools specifically made for each individual cable. The biggest thing I like about this product is the weight. After I took everything out of my old bag, added more things, this bag seemed to have weighed less. Since then, I have been purchasing higher grade tools and focusing on weight. Now I have a completely full tool bag and it feels next to nothing. I highly recommend this to anyone.

> 3 dayI’m a handyman with a large selection of odd ball items and tools for problem solving. These totes carry all my stuff organized and effectively. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a good tool tote. It’s solid and durable

> 3 daySo far so good. I have had this tool bag for 5 months and its holding up well. Switched from the Klein 55418-19 tool bag, which i still have and it served its purpose. This CLC bag is about half the size of my old bag but still holds all my tools, everything is exposed so you can find your tools much faster without unzipping pockets. Tools I carry: nut drivers, sockets, pliers, needle nose pliers, strippers, side cutters, crimpers, level, screw drivers, hammer, channel locks, sheet rock saw, PVC cutters, chisels, headlamp, meters, ratchets and wrenches, etc. Everything is easy to see and makes for less searching. The bottom storage compartment is a cheap plastic storage container, one clip broke just pulling it out, which was only the 2nd time I even took it out.

> 3 dayI ordered this for a home tool kit. Its got plenty of storage and I loaded all the tools I use around the house including drills, socket wrenches, hammers, etc. It stores more easily than a standard tool bag and is much easier to find things. Like the organizing side pocket with plastic case. Good value for the purpose.

> 3 dayGreat bag with plenty of loops for Allen keys, spanners, screwdrivers etc. Overall I really like this bag for use as a service/repairman. Able to carry a large range of tools while theyre all easily accessible & the tackle box is very handy for carrying screws, small electrical parts etc.
