Darn Tough Merino Wool Boot Sock Full Cushion

Husband loves these. All darn tough are very durable.

I bought these socks twice and they lasted 1 year and 4 months, respectively. I am tough on socks. I am happy with them and like them. They feel good. Now on to the warranty. Well, it is no questions but it isnt perfect. For a $25 pair of socks the warranty cost me $11, $5 to mail the socks back and $6 to mail their replacement to me. They give you a code to use on their site for a free pair, where shipping isnt free ($6). And of course, shipping to them isnt free either ($5). Which means my 1st pair of socks really cost $36 for 2 pair (original and replacement), or $17 each Compare this to a 6-pack of cheap socks for $30 ($5 each) that lasted 3 months, and didnt feel nearly as good. Also compare it to SmartWool which is $20 per pair and arent quite as nice, with a slightly less good warranty (which I never cashed-in on). I am sure Ill buy more of these, but my enthusiasm is tempered. I will wait to return multiple pairs at the same time and try to reduce the per pair shipping costs.

Amazing, keeps my boyfriends feet from smelling too! Worth the price.

I got them for my husband who wears a 15 4E. The wool is soft and the cushion goes all the way NEAR the top. He told me to return them though because the top around calf muscle is extremely snug and bottom is made for someone with a narrow foot.

Simply put these are the best socks made and are the only socks I wear year around. There are a lot of different styles and thicknesses of them.

I have owned and worn 2 pairs of these socks and they are great. They have full cushion and don’t wear out easily at all. As an avid hiker, I have tried many brands of socks and these rub the least. They leave my feet feeling fresh even after multiple wears and days in the same pair. Overall a great pair of socks. 10/10, would recommend the socks. The only reason I didn’t give 4 stars was the product packaging looked as if someone had already worn this pair of socks. Adding to that, these are a gift and look like I’ve already tried breaking them in. However, if you like your socks pre-worn and slightly smelly (and I know you’re out there), then you are in luck! I have attached a picture demonstrating what a NEW pair looks like (purchased earlier) and what the one’s I received look like.

Great foot “feel” for hiking. Padded bottom helps.
