These are the best socks ever! Bought as a gift and the recepient was surprised to learn there was such a thing as life changing socks!

Not happy at all with this product. They are not thick hiking socks at all. Xl size is barely a size large for men.

The socks were what I expected. They were for my husband and he has been wearing them. I think he likes them!

I purchased these as a Christmas gift for someone and they are fantastic. This is actually the second pair of Darn Toughs that I’ve ordered off Amazon and had good luck with. I was concerned with the sizing at first because the person I got them for wears a size 15 shoe so socks tend to fit awkwardly sometimes even in the largest of sizes. Not these though. They fit the person like a glove and are super comfortable. I would certainly recommend these socks as they have been great so far.

I purchased the Darn Tough socks after watching a Army Ranger RAP week video. The Ranger said hands down the best socks for extreme conditions. I purchased the socks for work. Northwest winter jobsite conditions consist of cold unstable muddy ground work areas, Snow, scaffold steps and concrete floors. To my delight, these became my single most go to pair of socks in my drawer for the following reasons. Outstanding Comfort Wicks sweat away from my feet They are the thinnest wool socks I could find besides Argyle dress socks. The socks do not seem to get thin spots in the heel like the other cotton socks I have used for the last 30+ years Lastly, I wanted a quality sock that if the world ended as we know it which required me to hike with heavy loads in the worst conditions possible, they could tackle the job. Moving forward, I will be replacing my entire sock drawer with Darn Hard Sock as I can afford to.

Very well made! It is nice that the seem is not under your toes like most socks are these days. they are warm and looks like they will last for years to come. We follow the washing instruction to the letter and make sure to always wash inside out & line dry them in a heated room. Thank you Vermont.
