> 3 dayI work 12 hour shifts and bought boot socks (spur boot) from Darn Tough on the recommendation from a coworker. Mostly for the LIFETIME warranty they offer. Turns out that everyone on my crew wear Darn Tough and for good reason, they are comfortable, natural fiber(mostly some models have polyester), and they are tough. I used to keep 12 pair packs of socks on standby and just throw away anything that had a hole in it. When my drawer was low I would open a new pack. I was opening a new pack every 6 weeks. Ive only worn these socks and other models for 3 months now, not a single one has worn thin, lost its elasticity, or felt stretched/worn. Im never wearing another brand ever again. I even went as far as giving everyone a pair or two for Christmas. It feels like a pyramid scheme where you tell everyone how awesome they are like a sales pitch. Big down side is they are not cheap and you will be angry that you get excited about socks resulting in replacing all the socks you own.

01-06-2025Ive worn Smartwool exclusively for about ten years now but decided to give Darn Tough a try and despite less wool content than my Smartwools they are more comfortable and Im hoping itll stay that way when I get my feet wet and after a bunch of runs in the washing machine.

> 3 dayThese are great for the winter. They keep my feet warm while preventing them from sweating. You can really feel the cushion in them as well. They fit great, and have a LIFETIME WARRANTY! You just cant beat that. My one suggestion if youre going to buy multiple: buy them all in the same color! The point of these socks is to have them for a long time. If you lose a sock here and there, you will still have complete pairs to send in for warranty replacement as they wear down over time.

We live and work in Northfield, Vermont. Our backyard is the perfect testing ground to make the finest Premium All Weather Performance Socks. We ski, snowboard, hike, bike and run in the most unforgiving climate in the lower 48. It is under these conditions that we design, test and manufacture our socks.
