> 3 dayI like this suitcase, but don’t count on the warranty they state. After the first use (as a carry-on), One of the zipper-pulls fell off and I did not notice until I got home. I contacted their customer service and went back-and-forth with 11 emails ( several of which they never even responded to ). All I wanted was for them to mail me a zipper-pull and they never did, Despite saying that they would.

> 3 dayLove the suitcase but the first airline trip there was a rip in the fabric. Not the manufacturers fault but I didnt realize it would tear so easily. A bit disappointed!

> 3 dayI have had Lucas luggage for several years and absolutely love it. It is extremely lightweight and sturdy. due to frequent air travel, the luggage started to tear n a few places, so I decided to replace it. I ordered the same size piece just a different color. It was wrongly assumed that I would be receiving an exact replica of of the piece that met all of my needs regarding luggage. However, upon receipt, it was discovered that the new one did NOT have a side handle, instead , just a pouch that I guess is expected that you are to slide your hand into, but it does not allow you to grab it to lift the suitcase. This piece is totally useless to me. Beyond disappointed

> 3 dayI used this for one trip and secured the two zippers with an airline lock. When my bag arrived the two zipper pulls were gone yet the teeth were still attached. I had to pull apart the zipper in order to get to my things but then couldnt close the suitcase again. The zipper just pulled right out. No other damage so it obviously didnt take much force to pull the zipper-pulls out. The warranty is absolutely useless because they require tons of information to even consider a claim. It was a waste of money for me since it lasted only one trip. My other 10 year old Atlantic luggage survived just fine. Here is a portion of email I received from the company that makes these which itemizes what you need in order to file a claim:
