I used this for one trip and secured the two zippers with an airline lock. When my bag arrived the two zipper pulls were gone yet the teeth were still attached. I had to pull apart the zipper in order to get to my things but then couldnt close the suitcase again. The zipper just pulled right out. No other damage so it obviously didnt take much force to pull the zipper-pulls out. The warranty is absolutely useless because they require tons of information to even consider a claim. It was a waste of money for me since it lasted only one trip. My other 10 year old Atlantic luggage survived just fine. Very light. I can literally lift it with 1 finger. Fabric is thin so it might tear easily if you dont have full load. With its light weight and expandable zipper l can load a lot of stuff without worrying overr weight charges. This suitcase survived 3 long haul trips from US to Asia. Wheels are sturdy, easily maneuvered without noise. Too bad it doesnt come with TSA lock.

I love Lucas bags, I bought this one because of my first Lucas bag purchase. I noticed that my previous Lucas bag fabric is very different (thick and very durable), This one is slightly lighter than my previous one, but I never minded the weight in my first bag (it is still a very light bag).

Bought this set elsewhere and its falling apart while Im packing. The threads are separating at the seams all around the zipper. Now I need to go out and spend more money on new luggage.

I like this suitcase, but don’t count on the warranty they state. After the first use (as a carry-on), One of the zipper-pulls fell off and I did not notice until I got home. I contacted their customer service and went back-and-forth with 11 emails ( several of which they never even responded to ). All I wanted was for them to mail me a zipper-pull and they never did, Despite saying that they would.

I love this luggage. I bought it to replace an identical suitcase that I finally wore out after many flights and cruises. I tried two other suitcases that I bought locally, both name brand luggage but they compared poorly to my Lucas bag. It is well designed and very light weight. I was so happy to find this identical replacement at a good price. Shipping was faster than expected.

It is difficult to push like if th wheel has been broken at the first use in the airport

Ive only used it on one trip so far, but Im very happy with it.
