Easy to use

Top handle, which is the only exterior handle, broke when carrying suitcase off an elevator on my first trip w/ the luggage - coincidentally, to Italy. Suitcase packed only with clothes…nothing unusual.

Zipper on the outside pocket broke off the very first time I used this. What was inside was lost in transit.

I wanted a spinner wheel suitcase because the most important thing to me was how it maneuvered with weight in it while in the airport and other places. I tested the Lucas ultralight by putting 3, 20 lb bottles of cat litter(yes, I have 2 cats) inside the suitcase and then walking it around my garage floor. At 60 pounds it maneuvered okay but required some gental adjustment of the suitcase itself to point the wheels in the right direction, especially when changing direction, but doable. At 40 pounds it maneuvered very well with very little adjustment needed to the suitcase while walking. The suitcase was perfect for me. I never go over the 50 lb limit anyway, but if I did go over the 50 lbs, I think this suitcase would work very well. I had a spinner with a single wheel in each of the 4 slots that did not roll well at all when weighted down. The two wheels for each slot totaling 8 Wheels works so much better. Since the ad does not show you a picture of the inside, the inside has one big compartment for all the major clothes/items, and on the inside lid it has three smaller organizer compartments, as well as the outside compartments on the lid. This suitcase was a great buy. It performed very well and I recommend it very much!

The material didnt resist the treatment a luggage gets by the airlines. The first time I used it the material scratched and got broke. The airline said is not responsible for what happened. I am stuck now with a broken luggage.

I love Lucas bags, I bought this one because of my first Lucas bag purchase. I noticed that my previous Lucas bag fabric is very different (thick and very durable), This one is slightly lighter than my previous one, but I never minded the weight in my first bag (it is still a very light bag).

Outside pocket zipper ripped after one flight and the warranty means absolutely nothing. The company 24-7 int that handles the warranty initially did not respond to my emails. Then they requested a photo. I sent it several times. He offered me $20 for the repair of the zipper and never sent even that. We all know it would cost much more than that to fix a zipper on luggage. Only nice thing about this luggage is that it is lightweight. Otherwise, it cannot withstand much handling but the baggage handlers.

Smart appeal and maneuverability with wheels

I needed a new bag and was tired of worrying about my luggage being overweight when traveling. This bag is not only super light but also very good looking. And easy to spot in the baggage area!! Four wheels are so much better than just two. I worry about those getting broke by handlers but so far so good. This bag also has a convenient handle on the bottom, which many bags dont. Makes it much easier to pick up. I contacted Fashion Luggage on another matter and they were very courteous and helped me resolve a problem. Highly recommend.
