> 3 dayI liked this suitcase at first for its light weight and size as well as because it’s easy to maneuver. However the wheel popped off after only its second use… which is unacceptable. Would be ideal if there was a way to contact the seller and get a replacement but looks like there is no warranty/contact info online? Would purchase at your own risk or go with a more durable brand as this doesn’t hold up for travel.

> 3 dayThis bag was wonderfully light, but unfortunately it did not survive its first flight! It arrived at my first destination with zippers missing from the main compartment, making it totally unusable. Since this was the beginning of the trip, I had to replace the bag and leave this behind for a total loss of money!

> 3 dayLove the light weight sizing. I’ll be watching to seen if exterior is easily torn or damaged

> 3 dayJust what I wanted for a gift. I especially like the system on the wheels for traveling in an airport. If I needed another one, I would buy another.

> 3 daySo lightweight! I have used this on two trips with good results. It has some scuffs from airline handling but otherwise has held up fine so far.

> 3 dayThe first time I used this suitcase, the zipper became completely detached from the suitcase. I had to buy a new suitcase for my return home. I brought the defective case back with me as it was covered under a warranty, but it seems the company that issues the warranty is non-existent. Its impossible to submit a claim online. No one answer phone or responds to emails. No customer service.

> 3 dayZipper on the outside pocket broke off the very first time I used this. What was inside was lost in transit.

> 3 dayI used this for one trip and secured the two zippers with an airline lock. When my bag arrived the two zipper pulls were gone yet the teeth were still attached. I had to pull apart the zipper in order to get to my things but then couldnt close the suitcase again. The zipper just pulled right out. No other damage so it obviously didnt take much force to pull the zipper-pulls out. The warranty is absolutely useless because they require tons of information to even consider a claim. It was a waste of money for me since it lasted only one trip. My other 10 year old Atlantic luggage survived just fine. Here is a portion of email I received from the company that makes these which itemizes what you need in order to file a claim:

> 3 dayWhat a waste of money. My friends recommended me other brand but I still bought the Lucas luggage because it is very light. It is the cheapest luggage and material I have ever seen. $100 is a lot for this terribly cheap piece of garbage. In one trip it is ripped and the wheel is broken. I am very disappointed. I expected this to last longer. Please see these pictures I attached before you buy this cheap luggage. You can go with any brand but not Lucas.
