> 3 dayI purchased this piece of last November and used it twice, once at Thanksgiving and once at Christmas. I have not used it since, and just got it out of storage to use it again. Much to my dismay, I noticed the fabric handle is 1/2 torn away on the seam from the luggage. Since I only use the extender bar to carry it, I had not seen the tear. This should not have happened after two uses or at all for that matter. I am very upset and would like to know what can be done about it .

> 3 dayOnly one trip in with this but very light weight. Very basic interior. Wheels are just ok. Not great over cement or any uneven surface.

> 3 dayI really needed an ultra-light suitcase for a trip to India, which limits local internal airline baggage to 15 kg. This suitcase is more than half of the weight of my prior suitcase, so it really filled the bill! I was a bit concerned that it was so lightweight that it might get damaged during travel, but it held up admirably with not only flights to and from USA to India with stopovers in Dubai, but three intra-India airline flights as well, and lots of moving in and out of a bus and three weeks of baggage handling by hotel porters etc. With all that man-handling, only one zipper handle got lost; not a rip or cut anywhere. I appreciated that part of what made the suitcase so light was instead of heavy side handles the design included a sort of fabric pocket that could be used as a handle. I love the bright blue color I got - much easier to find in the airport unloading process. I also loved the four wheels, which made it much easier to move through crowded airports. I was concerned that having non-recessed wheels like my prior suitcase had might make it susceptible to breakage by the airport and hotel baggage handlers, but it came through fine. This suitcase seemed quite strong and flexible, despite its light weight. Excellent and I would recommend.

> 3 dayThis is a bright pink color that is well made. I will not have any issues identifying on the luggage carousal and it will be easy to move around. And, with the weight of the luggage only 6 lbs. I have space for all of my stuff.

> 3 dayI used this for one trip and secured the two zippers with an airline lock. When my bag arrived the two zipper pulls were gone yet the teeth were still attached. I had to pull apart the zipper in order to get to my things but then couldnt close the suitcase again. The zipper just pulled right out. No other damage so it obviously didnt take much force to pull the zipper-pulls out. The warranty is absolutely useless because they require tons of information to even consider a claim. It was a waste of money for me since it lasted only one trip. My other 10 year old Atlantic luggage survived just fine. Here is a portion of email I received from the company that makes these which itemizes what you need in order to file a claim:
