Doxie Pro DX400 - Wired Document Scanner and Receipt Scanner for Home and Office. The Best Desktop Scanner, Small Scanner, Compact Scanner, Duplex Scanner (Two Sided Scanner), for Windows and Mac

So far any Doxie product I have used or my staff have used have worked excellent. They have all been able to be plugged and once charged used and have reliably scanned documents and uploaded to computer either with SD card, USB cord or wifi. Never had a problem setting them up, simple directions are provided and support is available. They are travel size and we use them to scan documents of varying sizes and thickness, ID cards and much more. I have provided my staff with Doxie Q2, and Doxie go SEs to take with them in the field with no issues. Most recently I obtained the pro and am using that which scans quick and program to edit has simple but useful functions that are easy to work with. You can crop, straighten, save, staple, and send docs among other things. I have tried others and none have been able to be used straight out of the box by every staff. I can not say enough of how easy and efficient these little scanners are. I hope that others find them as handy and easy to use as myself and my team have.

I’ve only had this product for a couple of days. I had about 40 receipts built up to scan. I was able to scan and sort them with ease. The images are very clear in the scanner is very easy to use. I highly recommend this product.

Needed a scanner for home use. Chose Doxie Pro which was a cinch to unpack and setup. Found it to be a great choice and highly recommend it.

I recently received the new Doxie Pro DX400 and absolutely love the ease of use and the simplicity of not only the machine, but the software as well . Starting with opening of the box along with the setting up of the Doxie Pro DX400, the instructions are clear and easy to understand. This scanner can be utilized by both Mac and PC and comes with everything needed for a smooth operation. The software that is downloaded is user friendly and easy to follow. The step by step instructions along with the picture/videos keep the operation simple and hassle free. I use my Doxie Pro DX400 for everything from receipts to documents as well as artwork done by my grandchildren! Best of all is the A+ customer service. Any questions are answered quickly and the support is top notch! I definitely recommend the Doxie Pro DX400 scanner for any and all scanning.

This is a very good scanner with exceptional software.

As a former Neat scanner owner (it finally gave up the ghost) I have found my Pro to be a great replacement. Easy to set up and operate and seems to process paper and photos even better than my old Neat scanner. I still use the Neat cloud solution for storing my docs and tweaking my process to scan and upload was simple. The follow-up from marketing and customer support was above and beyond most any product I have purchased.

I switched from a ScanSnap to Moxie for my home office set up and its been really nice so far. The Mac app is so simple to use and support helped me figure out how to staple my PDFs so they are in the correct order when I save into my files. The ScanSnap app was always so temperamental so its a pleasure to find a scanner that works more easily. The company seems hell bent on satisfying customers and have already gone above and beyond to make sure Im happy with the scanner. So far, highly recommend! PS. They also have a photo sleeve for smaller sized objects, or you can scan smaller things first and then staple them in the app.

This is my third Doxie and this is the best one yet! Perfect for my remote position but great for scanning personal and business documents. Easy to use and upload my scanned documents to my Dropbox. I loved using it to scan more than 3,500 genealogy documents and family photos which I shared with my family and uploaded to a genealogy site to share with extended family. Customer service is very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely buy it again!
