> 3 daySolid little document scanner! Especially appreciate the auto duplex scanning and 20 sheet capacity. My biggest hurdle to staying paperless has simply been keeping up with the constant stream of incoming paper from businesses that still insist on using paper/mail in 2022. The scanning speed was a bit faster than I expected. Software is easy to use. My only negative is that it isnt wireless so it has to live with/next to a computer. At any rate I love this thing and its a fraction of the cost of the big guys scanners.

> 3 dayThis scanner is really the best tool to get rid of paper. Its very fast, scans both sides and has very easy-to-use software that makes it really easy to save out files and rearrange pages. It uses a staple metaphor for pages, which is far more intuitive than the scanner software I was used to. The folks at Doxie are also happy to help. After buying and registering my scanner I received a very nice email from their support encouraging me to reach out if I need help and some helpful hints.

> 3 dayI was looking for something to scan photos, and although this is not exclusively a photo scanner it got such good reviews I thought Id try it out. It is very easy to operate, the software is great, and customer service is excellent. For photo scanning, you can set up a custom scan profile that scans only the front of the picture (the default is to scan both sides). If you encounter any issues with the device or software, simply restarting the device seems to resolve it. For example: one time the pictures were being pulled in only part-way, but I restarted it and it completely resolved. Ive probably scanned upwards of 1,000 pictures at this point, and Im still extremely happy with the scanner. Regarding their customer service: Doxie set up a call with me to answer any questions and to get feedback on my experience. When I mentioned I was also using it to scan old newspaper clippings, they mailed me some photo sleeves (plus a gift card to thank me for my time and feedback -- Im mentioning this for full disclosure, but it didnt impact this review).

> 3 dayThe Doxie Pro is a compact, user friendly work horse - after daily use for several months, the one and only issue Ive had is a single paper jam (which was likely my fault!). There are some nifty features with the Pro, namely the ability to create various profiles so you can quickly switch settings depending on what you need to scan. The company is also incredibly helpful should you run into any trouble!

The expectation you have from companies, especially the bigger or big tech ones, about their customer service usually disappoints. Doxie well exceeds this expectation. I am always blown away by the communication and support from this company. The Doxie Pro changed my life. I have had piles of papers for years, and it kept accruing. I have used many scanners, CZUR, etc., and Doxie always delivers. The Doxie Go was my first experience with this company and product (recommend that for small amounts of paper and on-the-go scanning), but the Doxie Pro is incredible.
