> 3 dayI bought these to help store acrylic yarn in sealed plastic bins. Acrylic yarn is known to hold moisture, then mold or smell strongly of mildew as a result so I wanted to avoid that. So far, after roughly a year, it has done its job. Granted, I misplaced the bag so I wasnt able to replace the packets just yet. But no mold, and no mildew smell so my plan has been achieved! I plan on buying a larger packet size bag here soon.

> 3 dayUsed them to keep clothes dry in plastic bins. They work great, tend to last a few months. I wish they were less wasteful and less expensive, but I live in a humid climate and it’s better than all my clothes molding!

> 3 dayI was getting so frustrated trying to pour the sugar substitute I keep in shaker. It would form small clumps that would block the opening. I put one pack in the bottom of the shaker and filled it up. All I can say is WOW. There are NO clumps anymore. I mean NONE at all.

Greater than one weekGreat for drying nearly anything out, and with this large a package the silica packets only cost 5-6 cents each. I use it to help preserve concentrates in the freezer, I usually have two layers of zip-lock bags, the inner one holds the oils and the outer one has a silica packet to soak up any moisture.

> 3 dayI put them in my spice containers to prevent clumping. Im guessing theyre working. I just dont know how to tell if theyre not working any more. Its all guess work with these it seems, but they seem to be working for my spices and such.
