> 24 hourThe company was great about responding and replacing the part, but there was a weird hum that would come from the mic portion when using the listen to this device feature in windows to listen to the mic it was always putting off a signal. I just decided that the product would not work for me even though the service was great.

> 24 hourA simple device that did the trick for me. The multiport adapter I had been using had an audio jack. But for some reason the computer didnt always recognize it was there, which of course was very annoying. So I bought this device to power my audio jack and Ive had no problems since.

> 24 hourI started working from home not to long ago and I only had a gaming headset . The problem with my headset was that it was a 3.5mm jack and not a usb headset . That meant that I needed a pc splitter for my headset to be able to hear and talk , if I didn’t use the splitter I would only be able to either listen or talk depending on what port I plugged into my computer . My pc splitter was broken which is what led me to this product . I purchased it on a Friday and it arrived on Sunday , so that process was extremely quick and amazing . I was happy there . So I test it out and I’m very very impressed . I’m able to both listen and speak and it’s using a usb signal now instead of a 3.5 mm one. The audio quality is crisp thanks to my hyper X cloud stingers (my headset) and the adapter makes it very loud at lower volumes , I noticed when gaming , that my audio could be at 8 and it sounded low but like a high low If that makes sense , so it definitely is transferring a higher quality signal than when I was only using the 3.5mm headphone jack on my pc, being a sound engineer , that bump in audio quality was really nice to hear with my ears . Very happy with my purchase and it’s made working from home a lot easier . Before this I was using my headset to listen and a rock band microphone to talk. LMFAOOO. I was working that way , we do what we gotta do . But now I don’t have to do that anymore . 5/5, I would recommend !

> 24 hourFits snugly in USB, no drooping like the last adapter I had. In-line volume control and mic mute on 3.5mm cord work perfectly.

> 24 hourI am hard of hearing and I have a hard time finding headphones that are loud enough that I can hear them. Most of the headphones, even the ones that are amplified dont put out enough volume for me. Some give me feedback to where I have to take my hearing aids out, and then I really cant hear anything. This converts the 3.5mm stereo plug to a usb connector, which allows me to connect my headphones to my computer via a usb port. Im not sure if this has an on-board sound card, but it gives me enough volume that I can use my headphones comfortably without breaking the bank for high dollar headphones.

> 24 hourMy Aux port in my laptop was causing some weird issues so I got this to bypass it and it works great the only down side is in game it says my mic is constantly on but other than that sound quality is still great and they can hear me just fine as well!
