I had broken the aux port on the front of my PC so I decided to buy this, right as I plugged in my headphones the audio was able to play through Voicemeeter perfectly fine. Im glad that it supports 44.1k & 48k sample rate. TY

my laptops internal mic did not work, for whatever reason. i tried a different device in the past to enable an external mic, but it didnt let me have any audio output so talking to people wasnt possible. this product, however, was 100% plug and play. i just plugged it into my laptop, connected my mic, and then i could finally use voice chat functionality. yay!

Used it with a Lenovo Chrome Duet tablet. Works fine. Sound not fantastic, but decent for the price.

I wasnt sure how well this adapter would actually work, and Im never confident on the construction of an inexpensive electronic, but I was pleasantly shocked on both counts. The audio seems to have perfect fidelity and suffers no discernible delay, and the fit and materials of the item are perfect for their purpose. The only note is that it tends to increase the audio volume, so youll just have to set that somewhat lower when using it. Thats not even an issue, just something to be aware of.

I liked that it worked. I use it to convert a computer speaker phono jack (male) to a USB connector.

The reason I wanted this product was because my laptop lacks a mic input and I wanted to get some kind of inexpensive audio interface that would allow me to take an auxiliary cord that I connect to my Nintendo Switchs headphone jack and record the audio from the Switch directly to my computer. That said, this product did allow me to do that - I can hear and record the output of my Switch from the computer. The audio itself is crystal clear. However, I did notice two things that I will need to update this review about in the future. The first is that, there seems to be a lot of background static coming from the device. This can be due to many things, but I know its not Switch because its not there when using headphones on the switch. Its either the computer or this interface. Now, its not so much the static is absolutely unbearable... its just more than you are expecting - really I feel like there shouldnt be any static because there is no true mic going in which would often be the source of it. I am using a TRS cable and not a TRRS cable, but that shouldnt matter as there is no mic output from the headphone jack... its just stereo output. Also, I did notice the volume seemed kind of low at first - and wanted to point out that if you navigate to the driver properties of this device, and check the Custom tab, you may see a AGC checkbox (Automatic Gain Control). The moment I checked this box - the volume immediately jumped to full line level and the static is much less obvious against the full volume of the Switch. Even at these levels, the audio by itself was crystal clear. This will work for now. Considering this was a $10 item as opposed to spending $30, $50, or even $100 to get a more production level audio interface - this was a great value to do what I needed. That said, something I didnt consider is this device cant take the stereo sound of the headphones and keep it stereo on the mic side... the cable is expecting a mono mic... so the stereo is lost on the way in. Im okay with this... I didnt really need the stereo for my purposes - but ideally I would have it. Its not the devices fault - but for anyone else that might use this device like how I did - you may want to instead get an auxiliary to L/R RCA adapter and route the RCA to some other kind of interface. That would be more appropriate. I did email Dukabel about that static issue and am waiting for a response. Will update in the future about it. Update: Dukabel responded to me (apparently from their Marketing Director) - and they wanted to make sure I was absolutely satisfied but felt that given how I am using the product in a way they didnt intend for they offered me a full refund and told me I didnt need to cover the cost of shipping. I politely declined their offer because I can still use the product for what I needed and the problem I was having with it was something I could overcome. I must say - I was not expecting Dukabel to be so responsive and supportive - because to me they are a company offering fairly simple products and probably dont have the full resources of other larger companies - yet they went out of their way to assist me. Im in the process of email exchange with them to see if the static is really something on their product or my computer - because one of the tests I ran showed the static was present without any input. So its not having to do with what or how I connected it - its either the interface or my computer. It really could be either. But I still recommend this product especially if you are using it for the purposes they designed it for. If it really isnt working for you, itll just mean you will have to look elsewhere and should easily be able to get a refund. Unfortunately, I cant comment on those needs because Im not using it that way.

Product arrived in good condition in a very timely manner but we learned that it was not the most appropriate item that we needed, which was our mistake, not the seller.

This adapter saved my ears and saved my sanity. My damaged aux port will haunt me no more. Arrived in a single day, too. Durability is also nice: Its made of Braided wire so its going to stand the test of time. Thanks DUKABEL team!
