writing a review using this keyboard and came from a full layout of corsair strafe silent reds and ooh boy it is like night and day. still having a lot of typos as this is my first 60%. first is the stabilizer is so good and pre lubed just like any other reviewers said, no rattle and not making noise like any other gamerish keyboards. the spacebar is standard, keycaps are pbt and will not shine at all. it feels premium this thing here is built like a tank it is made of aluminum i mean i can incapacitate anyone with this keyboard. i was a bit skeptic at first and it took me months to decide that if i gonna get one, i even studied how to build a keyboard and in the end i settled with this. there were many choices but what i want in a 60% is the build quality and the Durgod convinced me. ducky mecha is also a good choice but when i heard that spring ping in the case in some reviews it made me pick the venus over ducky. i highly recommend this one

It works great and it super quiet which was just what I wanted. Only critique I have is the cord is a bit cheaply made so the board glitches every once in a blue moon

To start with, the keyboard, when working, is fantastic. Its weighty, the keys/switches feel great, the colors are beautiful. Unfortunately, I like many other started having build quality issues. My issue in particular being the connection glitching, leaving the last pressed key being sent repeatedly until it was unplugged and plugged back in. The issue started very infrequently, until it became a multiple times a day issue. I contacted the manufacturer, they responded same day, which is great. Except that once I told them my issue and provided the address/phone as they requested, they ghosted me. It has been 2 months since their last reply to me, and I have followed up from their latest email 5 times since then. If you are going to purchase this keyboard, you NEED to get the accidental coverage from Asurion, so that they can handle the problem instead of Durgod, as they will not help you. TL;DR - Amazing keyboard with build quality problems, terrible manufacturer. Buy additional insurance if you must have it.

doesnt go to the colors i want it to have. Over all its good, quiet, had to push the cord in the keyboard a little bid hard.

Incredible product for the price. Great switch selection, lubed stabs out the box, zero case ping. Only issue i have is its hard to find a 3rd party cable that fits the recessed usb-c port. Overall amazing package

You will not be disappointed with the build quality of this item. It feels very premium to hold and use with a good amount of weight to it so it wont slide around on your desk as youre typing or playing games. They keys and switches feel phenomenal. I got mine with Cherry MX silent red switches and they just feel and sound fantastic. The RGB lighting is luminous and includes a handful of different patterns to choose from with more customization options available in the software. Durgods solution for not having arrow keys is also an excellent feature of this keyboard. By pressing caps lock while holding fn1, you activate tap mode, which allows the right side shift, fn1, fn2 and right side ctrl keys to be used as arrow keys if they are tapped and released quickly, while still maintaining their normal functions if held down slightly longer. To me, it was very intuitive and works perfectly in every situation except for if you want to hold down an arrow key to quickly scroll through something. Attempting to do so will only activate the keys original function. However, you can simply tap, tap, tap away and scroll through any web page or line of text. If, however, you absolutely must have dedicated arrow keys, there is an option for you. The Durgod Hades is the exact same keyboard but with the addition of arrow keys and one extra row of useful/commonly used keys on the right side.

Really great keyboard except for the random disconnects which happens about once per day. I really like the build quality and how typing feels with the gateron reds. Unfortunately due to the keyboard requiring reconnecting it once per day I will be returning and going to grab a mecha mini.

this is an excellent keyboard... even better than the hades if you dont need actual arrow keys. but if you did you can simply bind the the keys on the bottom right of the keyboard to up down left right. Its not that you would need aftermarket keycaps since it comes with double shot PBT shine through but all the keys are in the normal size so aftermarket keycaps would be easy to use. In conclusion this keyboard is factory pre lubed, comes with double shot pbt keycaps, backlit, great choice of switches and extremely easy to use software. check check check check and check. What are you waiting for? Get this keyboard right now and you wont regret it. edit: after using the keyboard for a few weeks it started developing issues .. it will randomly stop being recognized by the pc and i have to unplug and replug it and it will work again.
