> 3 dayThis gas can is pretty good. I bought it after my Wavian NATO can rusted through somehow and I needed something fast-ish. You can buy this same can at Tractor Supply for a similar price, I have found out. The shape of the can provides a decently stable footprint, unlike the NATO cans. *this is not a hit on the NATO cans, I am well aware that NATO cans are designed to sit in mounted racks, but I never got one.* It is not 100% stable, as it has tipped over once so far, but its sturdy enough. The funnel fits onto the opening well, and it makes it very easy to pour into a gas tank. I rated the leak proofness of this four stars as the spring loaded top and the O ring still lets out fumes and very occasionally a bit more while its in the bed of my truck. Other than that, its a seriously good can, and a serious competitor for people who want a metal can, but dont want to spend the money on a NATO can, an expensive mount, and a nozzle.

> 3 dayCan is nice and functional. Funnel does not fit as well as it should, but is functional. Overall a good value and I would buy again.

> 3 dayI like this 5 gallon can because it is easy for me to pour the gas into the generator without spilling. The handle spout opening is easy to use and doesnt waste gas by missing the opening of the mchine. I really like it!

> 3 dayThank God for Eagle, this is a wonderful product!!! I dont know how they have kept the EPA from ruining their wonderful design, but THANK GOD SOMETHING SIMPLE IS STILL AVAILABLE! I have been so discouraged recently because I had ruined my vintage Blitz plastic gas container, and the new EPA regulated spouts/cans are HORRIBLE! I ALMOST broke down and bought a new 5 gallon can from Lowes, until I decided to look here. And there it was!! -Years ago when I worked as a welder, we used cans like these (except then they had all steel handles, which, IMO are slightly better than the new yellow plastic ones) to refuel on the job. They worked great then, and my new one with the custom funnel works like a champ for filling my lawn equipment ( Could also be used to add fuel to a vehicle as well) with ease. The funnel was a little tight on the neck the first time I removed it to add-fuel, but if you work with it a few times, it gets easier. handling the can is natural and intuitive. It balances well, even when filled slam full. I have read in previous reviews that gas sprays everywhere when first opened. The way to avoid that is to slowly pull the top open with the handle when can is still sitting on the floor BEFORE you pick it up to pour. It allows the pressure to safely release without spraying any fuel. Once you do that, then fuel up your equipment as usual. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!!!!
