> 3 dayReally good quality product. I got the 300 pound lift, and it’s amazingly strong. Very satisfied with the product.

> 3 dayI bought this to for a locking mechanism with a 50lb load. It takes about twice the time than listed to move the full travel. It also looks like it starts to bow under a compression load.

> 3 dayUsed on dual swing gate, these are replacements for one failure and spare for the future. First set in use since 2017. Specs say 10mm per sec. Full travel (300mm) 30 sec. Right? One is 30, one is 55 sec. One is 70 sec. Same load, same voltage (13.5 avg solar), if this is no problem for you then good value, Im looking for faster and more consistent.

> 3 dayonly use the actuator 4-5 time during the last 3 months and the gears are just spinning inside without moving piston. Contacted the seller with no response. they advertised that they would contact you in one day but has been over 30 days. beyond timeline for return. Do not buy.

> 3 dayI ordered and received two of these LAM. Each was a 10 inch model and worked pretty well for about 1-3 months. I used them in a solar tracking array with one LAM tracking in Azymuth and the other in Elevation. The one i used for elevation tracking periodically stops working until it gets knocked lightly by something like a wrench or small hammer--which i discovered through trial and error. THe other LAM works perfectly. Of course since the array is on the roof...blah blah blah

> 3 dayAfter receiving the actuator and placing in my installation, I ran the actuator and with a load of approximately 200 pounds in line with the shaft, once the power was removed the actuator would back-drive (the load would fall). Installation was in a push type manner, which the unit was advertised for. As this was inconsistent with the products listing, I contacted the seller, whom initially had a prompt response which was appreciated, and that they are awaiting a response from the manufacturer. Well, after 11 days of waiting, I cant wait any longer to hear an excuse of why it doesnt work as advertised. Had to send it back and replace it with a different unit.

> 3 dayThe actuator worked just like it should but it quit working before a year was up. I took it apart and found that the motor was completely full of water. I was under the impression that it could be used outside exposed to the elements as long as it was not submerged in water, apparently it can’t be used in the elements or I just got a poorly sealed actuator.
