> 24 hourHad one of these for about a month. Worked great for a time, Google Assistant voice controls worked and made life easier. Now, when I try to use the lamp connected to it, Assistant tells me that it cannot connect to FamilyWell Pro. Reset the device, nothing. Try to relink the accounts, nothing. Everything leads to Cannot connect to FamilyWell Pro. Not worth the money, choose a different smart plug.

> 24 hourStopped working within 6 months! When I first bought these, they were working reasonably well. Occasionally, they would no longer sync with my Wifi so when I asked Google to turn on/off this plug, it would say its unavailable right now. I would just unplug and replug the outlet and it would be fine. Happened infrequently enough that I didnt mind it. Fast forward to now, this happens pretty much every time. I simply cant rely on the plug working with Google. Im not sure if I got a detective unit, but buyers beware.

> 24 hourI consider myself fairly accustomed to connecting smart devices but this junk would not connect to the 2.4GHz signal after hours of trying. Despite repeatedly trying with the app and checking wifi passwords it would time out and fail everytime. Disappointed with the time and money wasted.

> 24 hourDespite advertising as Alexa compatible, this DOES NOT connect to Alexa. You will try over and over, and you will receive the frustrating Unable to connect to Alexa at this time. False advertising.

> 24 hourI like the fact I dont need Google or Alexa to utilize these devices. A simple app on my phone allows me to turn lights on or off. Its also nice that you can set timers to automatically turn divices on or off at specific times.

> 24 hourThis is poorly advertised as working with Alexa to voice control the plug. They do not connect with each other. Total garbage. Get the Kasa/TPLink switches if that’s what you want.

> 24 hourI didn’t find these as easy to use as other smart plugs I have purchased. That work good but just more work to install and you need to add an app to use them.
